Great team and quality equipment that's always as advertised. *** and the team accommodated ** on a quick turnaround at the expense of their expected timeline and made it happen. Many thanks to LW. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

*** walked me through all the different options for a centrifuge, some that he had in stock and some that he didn't. We figured out what type would fit my needs and I purchased one. We ended up with the incorrect insert and *** searched for a replacement. He just found them and sent them to me. Thanks ***! I would totally use them again for any of my lab needs.The Lab World Group

The Lab World Group was easy to work with, provided lots of detailed pictures and videos of the equipment I was interested in purchasing. Once I approved the quote, they sent pictures of the unit again, the unit wrapped for transportation, along with an operator's manual. They responded quickly to my questions and communicative through the entire process. And ... not like other companies ... I received exactly what was in the pictures (no bait-and-switch)!
