The Lab World's customer service is exceptional. I've experienced mixed results buying instruments secondhand, but working with *** and his team has renewed my faith in the used equipment market. They were upfront, informative, and went great lengths to accommodate my team's scientific timelines. The unit purchased was in fantastic condition and was immediately put to use after delivery/installation from their team. Will be going back for future equipment needs.

I ordered a specialized laboratory refrigerator from LabWorldGroup and was very pleased with the entire experience. I had several questions which were answered promptly by the owner and staff. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and my order arrived exactly on time. The fridge was in perfect condition and the final cost, including freight charges, was significantly less than any other price I could find for the same product. I highly recommend this company and their products and will order from them again in the future.The Lab World Group

I've had a great experience working with these guys. I needed to buy a used plate reader, and they have been very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process, from the initial inquiry to coordinating shipping. I recently had the instrument computer die on me, and they offered to repair it free of charge even though it was out of warranty, and I had the instrument back up and running within two weeks.The Lab World Group

We are a small lab at the ************************************* (Eisenmesser lab) and purchased a SpectraMax 384 for a very fair price. The lab World Group helped ** trouble shoot the software, they were kind, they responded quickly, and helped us get everything underway to the point of using this incredible machine every day. We are VERY happy with their surface and advice and I will certainly suggest this company to my colleagues as well as use them in the future for any other equipment needs.The Lab World Group

Bought a -80 and a couple of Countess II cell counters from Lab World Group, all in excellent working condition, good pricing, and easy to work with. ********'s have a known memory issue which Lab World Group is always willing to resolve. Should be your 1st search if you're responsible for buying lab equipment and someone who cares about ROI / budget.The Lab World Group
