    It is not a scam, they do not steal any info and they CAN fix things if necessary but they are misleading and take advantage of desperate people. They took my dad for $200 because he had a virus popup. It was just a phishing scam and my dad didnt interact with it. So there was no risk. But my dad got worried and looked up ********* support phone number and Vonatels number came up as the number. (also misleading). My dad gave remote access to fix it and then charged $200. I learned about this layer when my dad told me what happened and my mom explained what she saw. Also I called later. when you call them they dont say vonatel and if you ask them is this *********? They dont say no - they just say Yes we service your ********* computer. $200 my dad didnt need to spend. From now on hes waiting for me to check it out.

    My computer having problems and Vonetel got me all fixed in less than 30 minutes.Very professional and got my issues all solved very quickly and I did not have to be without my computer. Now i got the tech services for next year and if I have any issues, I will call them back because I was so happy with their service.Thank you vonetel
