    Date was 02/06/2023 The amount $350.00 The said they would update all my drivers on my computer install my wireless printer. I made a complaint to my credit card company to stop the transaction but they gave them the money any way. I thought I was talking to HP I couid not connect my printer so this company went into my computer got it working and was told I had to pay $350.00 for a life time service if not they would undo the changes they did I paid and it worked for one week. I tried to cancel thru my credit card ******************* and was told they reviewed the details of the transaction and based on that they reversed the charges back I had refuse to sign the acceptance letter that day from this company so I guess they signed it for me. when I talk to an agent by the name of ******** he told me because I had acted like a jack*** and was stabbing the company in the back so they took my $350.00 and closed my account. So now they have taken my money and printer still do not work
