    I wish I could give this company zero stars.We gave a deposit of 300 dollars for a tree removal in June of 2024. It is now October 2024 and we have yet to have the tree removed and have requested our 300 dollars back. He has avoided contact with my husband to refund the money. He has said he was going to refund us after I contacted him but has not and its been over a week.I am VERY disappointed with the service, communication and integrity of this company and owner.

    I called for a quote in the fall '23, when on Thanksgiving one of our trees fell. We weren't financially prepared for the removal of the fallen tree & other trees that needed to be cut down. ***** mentioned that if we wanted to, he could lower the price if I called him for the job in the winter months when it's slower for them. Life happens and I had to wait until the summer of '24 to get this project going. I called ***** back, signed the contract early June. They came to complete the job mid-June. We hired him to cut down three trees, trim others and grind all the stumps through the land. 1. They came to complete the job earlier than scheduled. Which was ok with us**.2. I offered them waters & whatever drink they wanted, access to the guest bathroom, and bought lunch for them one day. One of them even took dinner home for the family on our extra dime. Which we did out of the kindness of our hearts.3. They ended up being here for 5 days & didn't finish the job! They left tree ************* marks on a neighbor's front ************** paper towels, water bottles empty/full throughout their working area. My *********** had to clean it all up. We put the tree debris on the curb for the town to haul away. I called, texted, and FB messaged to see when they were coming to finish, in the beginning, ***** responded but later stopped responding, blew me off and even blocked me for the weekend. When I finally got through to him, he said he'd be back as soon as they could because he had pneumonia, then minutes later wrote letting me know he was going to ****** to clean up hurricane damages. FYI, we paid b4 the job was completed because he said he had to pay one of the guys and asked for $500, trusting him, we paid him the balance owed. (I know, we're too trusting) It's almost August and nor he or his crew have been back since we paid in full.I suggest that if you do hire them, you hold on to your monies and make sure they complete the job and clean up before you pay them.
