    My husband reached out to the owner to request a tree be taken out in our *********** husband sent 300 dollars via Apple Pay as a deposit for the job. This was sent in Early June ******* is over 6 months and the owner has taken our deposit, refused to return it and has not set a date for the work to be done. I have requested the money 300 dollars back twice and have not received it.I have reviewed his business on ******** and have expressed my disappointment for a business that would TAKE peoples MONEY and NOT do the ***********

    NWI Tree Surgeons was given job to take down a tree and do the ***** removal. The tree was taken down 2 months ago but the ***** is still there. I have tried getting in contact with them numerous times with no answer or call back. I was told the ***** would come out the next week and it never did. I would like money back or the job done ****.

    Deposit made 04/04/2024. Was told 2 weeks out weather permitting. Never heard back. Reached back out to follow-up and was told city code enforcement was holding them up for lack of company decals on company vehicles. Was told again it would be fixed. Still waiting....it is now 06/17/24 with no known resolution and still minimal contact with company.
