      Considering any unforeseen external interference out of Fidelitones control, my experience actually deserves zero stars. Awful.

      Horrible company! Spent 60k on furniture at Arhaus who contracted with them. They broke a piece of marble and damaged ********** in August. Finally resolved in late Nov after threatening to sue ******* ****** could not even reach the company to resolve and finally paid the amount themselves. Which they should have anyway. Worst customer service I have ever seen from any company. Avoid!!!!!

      Very unprofessional!!! They lied to me claiming theyre at my property when they were not! Upon calling them they claimed they had other deliveries to make thats why they left when I dint answer the door!

      NOT RECOMMENDED** I ordered a dresser and a night table from ******* and ******** (R&F). Fidelitone is the delivery company used by R&F to delivery the furniture. The dresser was damaged and R&F agreed for me to keep the damaged dresser until the new replacement arrive. The damaged dresser was picked up and exchanged with the new one on 6/10/2022. On 10/22/2022 I received a bill from R&F for $658.21 charging me for the replacement dresser. When calling the R&F customer service they referred me to the R&F out of market department. The out of market department told me that according to Fidelitone records, the drivers indicated that the customer refused to return the damaged dresser. That is NOT TRUE!!! That is a defamatory comment. I do not have the damage dresser but the one that was exchanged. I have a witness at the time of the exchange to prove it. Fidelitone is responsible for executing the exchange order for R&F and is liable for the loss of the dresser in Fidelitones warehouse not me. I have called Fidelitone on 10/22, 10/29, 11/3 and 11/4. One of the Fidelitones managers promised me a call back after checking with the warehouse. But I havent heard from Fidelitone so I called again to request an email to documents my complaint. Now they are saying, that the dresser is not in their warehouse and recommend to call customer services for any questions. ********************** claim to be a logistics company so use it to find the lost dresser!Bottom line, poor and unacceptable customer service with defamatory comments. NOT RECOMMENDED.

      I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We have been waiting on a delivery that was scheduled to be delivered over a month and a half ago. This company is extremely unprofessional. They finally set up the delivery time for today, but they lied and said that the truck broke down and that they would not be able to deliver. Then I called again, and another member who answered the phone said that they lost the delivery (which is a large COUCH) in the warehouse. On top of that, instead of keeping us updated, I am the one who is having to constantly call and find out the status of our order. This business is horribly run and I recommend that no one ever uses them for delivery in the future.

      I called to verify my delivery date when I was told it was scheduled on Labor day. They confirmed that it was indeed scheduled between 7am and 7pm. We drove back from our Holiday weekend to be here but it never showed up. I called in to ask what happened on Tuesday because obviously their phones we shut off and no one answered on Labor Day, and I was told that I asked for it to be rescheduled on 9/13. I did not ask for that and the representative found an email requesting that they put my delivery back on 9/5 because they accidently removed it. Obviously this was never done. When I asked to speak with a supervisor i was told they would need to call me back. My experience from Pottery Barn was horrible and now its been outsourced to a company that could care less about customer service. A supervisor has yet to call me back.

      They came to move my bedroom set in and slammed my screen door open so hard against the rail it busted the handle off and they refused to replace it. everything they did in my house was unprofessional and unacceptable. They talked about marijuana they didnt have tools they didnt have instructions they didnt have a hammer they didnt have parts it was the most disgusting visit I ever had and they came back a second time and still didnt have the proper parts it took,now I dont want them back to third time because theyre going to break something else !All of the supervisors made up excuses for their employees and failed to compensate me on all the work Im missing. This is a pathetic company and they dont know how to move furniture or put it together. Do not use them! They tell me they cant deal with the warehouse but yet they ordered the parts from the warehouse so this is just been a bunch of BS

      Their customer service is terrible. I am scheduled to have 5 barstools delivered tomorrow and they sent me an email stating I would receive a call today with a 2 hour window. It is now almost 6:00 pm and I have heard nothing. Called customer service and they said call back at 4:30. Called at 4:30 said the warehouse was behind on calls and to call back at 5:30. Called at 5:30 and lady was rude and said they still had no delivery window. I told her I was out of town and I had someone meeting the delivery so I needed a time. She then said it could be tomorrow before I get a time and I told her that would not work since I had someone needing to not know at the last minute and she said well then we cannot help you. I asked to speak To a manager and she transferred me to a number that said leave a message. If this is white glove service it is appalling. I have no idea if I am going to receive my barstools tomorrow. Pottery Barn needs a better white glove service company. I felt with everyone I spoke to that they simple could care less. If I reschedule it will be another two months of waiting.

      I received an email at 7:00 pm, never a call. They set my delivery window from 7:30-9:30 pm tonight. Furniture delivered that late? My bar stools have been in their warehouse since the beginning of April. I will never order furniture from Pottery Barn again due to who they use as their white glove service provider.

      My couch through ******* furniture was delivered over 22 days ago at a local Fidelitone warehouse. They have still yet to inspect the couch or call me to schedule delivery. Yet its only an hour away in Richmond! When I called them, they were absolutely no help at all and wont give me any helpful information. Dont use them!

      Thank you for your comments, after further review of this, it appears that the sofa is still in need of repair and Fidelitone is waiting on instructions for delivery. We are working closely with our client to ensure the product passes all quality inspection processes prior to scheduling delivery.
