      Bought a 360 Magnum. After 1176 break in miles something let loose I called LKQ and they picked the engine up free of charge.After about a month I had absolutely no correspondence with LKQ since reporting the issue. After about a month R&L pulled up in front of my house. Driver gets out a says I got an engine for you. He proceeded to take the engine off the truck. I signed the receipt for the delivery. Not one cent out of my pocket. Thank you so much LKQ.Happy customer here ????

      Do not, Do not, Do not do business with this company. I ordered a mirror assemble for my car and it came damaged so I called the company and they sent me another mirror assemble. This time it was the wrong color, so I called again and the lady said they don't guarantee color. If I have to have it painted why would I order a used mirror? I guess it is my problem that the customer ********************** representative ordered the wrong color...

      I bought a transmission for my 2012 ram 1500 has a warranty on it I got the transmission and installed it and it does not s*** whatsoever,called them and let them know asking for a warranty replacement and they refuse to do so

      LKQ is just terrible with the refund process I ordered a part and within 5mins I realized it was the wrong part and contacted them to cancel my order they took my money in 2mins but want to process my return in 5-7 business days. They hasn't shipped or anything it just doesn't make sense. I'll never order anything from them again.

      Hi Today 3/1/2025 I went to pull parts for my Prius at Lkq pick your part located at ********************************* *******, IL ***** I went to the cashier and paid for the parts I pulled out. I immediately looked at my receipt to see why it was more than I expected. Receipt reflects for some sort of extended warranty charged for $31.29. I asked the cashier that I don't want the warranty which you have charged me and please take these off. Cashier replied and said that you should ask me before and now the transaction has been done and I can't refund the money. I told him that you did not ask me if I wanted the warranty or not but he continued to refuse.I asked him to bring a manager, he called another person who said I am the manager and repeated the same policy as the cashier that I should ask before the transaction to not purchase the warranty. He literally started swearing at me and dropped the ** bombs. Then he came out of the counter and stood on my face and told me to get out. He was literally ready to be physical with me. I did not want any more concentration and left the store. Video surveillance camera of the store should be able to show the whole incident.The Environment of the store is very hostile, scary and unprofessional. Employees act, dress and behave like gang members. None of the employees had a name tag to identify their name and designation so I don't know their names and designations. I would like a refund for the unwanted items sold to me forcibly. Perhaps the reason is commission involvement to sell the warranty to customers without even asking them.The upper management of lkq should look into making their stores safe and ethical to the public.

      Misleading website + terrible customer *********************** I ordered a new wheel for my car and the pictures for the wheel on LKQ's website included the tire, which then did not come (only the rim). I called customer ********************** and they refused to acknowledge that the pictures are misleading and told me that "we don't sell tires" over and over. I then had to pay to send the rim back as well as absorb the cost of their original shipping. So I paid them $100 to send me something that they refused to acknowledge was NOT what thought I was buying (i.e., what's on the website) and the customer ********************** was downright passive-aggressively rude and unwilling to hear me. It then took them an entire week to acknowledge that the center had received the rim when I sent it back, even though I gave them **** tracking #s that proved that it had, in fact, arrived. I would NEVER work with this company, period. Terrible customer **********************, refusal to take ownership for misunderstandings of their own making, and multiple delays in communication.

      I purchased an engine from LKQ for my car and I need the tracking information. Each time I call the salesman he blocked my number and now I have no way of contacting him and he will not respond to my emails or text messages. Please reach out to me.

      Was told they "garenteed" it was the right part....... it wasnt!! They also "garenteed" the part would be shipped to me by a specific date, it wasn't even shipped until the day I was suppose to have it. Their customer ********************** *****. When I asked how we could fix it they said they can't answer hung up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Racist, passive aggressive business model. This company does not care about their customers at all. They cater to large companies that also do not care about their customers, its a vicious cycle. **** is falling

      Lousy customer ********************** said nothing about checking suffix on serial number when ordering, blamed me for ordering the wrong part, wanted to charge 35 dollar restocking fee. Plus reorder the part I waited 3 weeks for!! Do not buy from them!!!
