      They have no customer service other than online. I ordered 3 items.... a pack of toothbrushes, body wash, and deodorant. What I received was not what I ordered. I received a car radio instead. You call their customer number and you get a recording telling you they only do online customer service. The live chat is useless and I'm still waiting on responses from emails. Stay away from this company.

      I hadn't used Groupon for a while, so I gave it a shot. I paid $14 for $25 at a nearby restaurant - not bad. Groupon promptly charged me $14 via PayPal and never sent the certificate. When I chatted with a Groupon rep (in *****), she said they had no record of my order. PayPal refunded my money.

      Groupon Goods: Totally circular way of avoiding customer contact after I made a return request that was well within seller's return policy. "Live Chat" with identical bot responses, no matter how many times, days, hours I tried. Bot response sent me to customer service form, which sent me to "Contact Us," which sent me to Live Chat, which sent me to "Contact us," and on and on and on. I am simply trying to obtain the merchant name to request the return form-- a link is offered, but it takes me back to the same "Contact Us" form/Live Chat/bot response/"Contact Us" sequence. I received an email from a CSR who asked for more information. I supplied this, and she said she could not help me with the issue, and that I should try (hold your breath) LIVE CHAT. I do not understand how Groupon can have a customer review rating of **** and a ******************** accreditation at A+ level.

      I made a purchase with Groupon and was told that my order had been placed and cannot be returned or refunded. Groupon then emailed me back and said that a partial payment will be refunded because of unavailability of the product. I tried to get Groupon to cancel the ENTIRE ORDER but they said that they could only refund the partial payment. They said that if I didnt like the items that are being sent to me, maybe I can get someone else to buy them from me. Are you seriously asking me to basically deal with it and that they didnt want to refund me my money, they wouldnt send me a return shipping label to return said items. Finally in my final email to them, apparently they didnt like that I was going to report them to the BBB & the **** they BLOCKED ME from conversing with them anymore, Childish, very Childish!!

      Groupon offers deals for services that dont exist and then even shadier customer service where you either have to chat with a bot that gives you options (us refund in form of Groupon bucks at the business that doesnt exist or use it at another business that might or might not exist) or email a department that doesnt get back to you.

      Keep away from groupon - I purchased from groupon a service for a local tour and the merchant cancelled the trip due to weather conditions. While they have made the voucher un-redeemed, groupon status remain unchanged and could not be refunded because of that... I will never use groupon again. Such a scam and disappointing experience

      Reference to ************* ********* Groupon-They charged my credit card for a two night stay. I have been waiting over a week for my refund for the room they never booked for me. I have been in contact with Groupon, but Im not confident this will get resolved. Here is my review I left for them: I havent been to ********* in about 10 years so I figured I would surprise my fianc with a small getaway to *****. Once we arrive at the hotel, I was told by the front desk I did not have a reservation and I would have to contact Groupon. As I myself work at a hotel, I know how these sites can be somewhat sketchy. However, I was hoping my speculations would be wrong. Once I contacted Groupon they told me they would reach out to the hotel, which they did not. After 3 long miserable hours and trying to get it solved, Groupon did not nothing to help me AND ************* refused to have any sympathy or acknowledgement that I booked a room and quoted me the nights rate, which I refused. So basically I paid for a 2 night stay that was apparently never booked by Groupon, and ****** the front desk manager chose to say its not his problem. So its my fault? Thank you ************* for this awful experience. Shout out to the nice blonde receptionist, he was the only decent thing about this place. I ended up booking a room with *****, must have been a sign. Stay FAR away.

      Purchased a Groupon for a restaurant and both the manager and server were unable to redeem. They referred me back to Groupon. Sent Groupon an email requesting help a week ago, no response. Did a chat with Groupon today who says it would be faster if I contacted the merchant direct. Seriously? Then while on the chat for 30 minutes, the rep stops communicating after I told him that this is a Groupon issue to resolve. Then received an email saying they escalated the matter and would be another 7 days to resolve. Never came back to the chat and asked if there was anything else they could help with or to let me know they sent an email. Worst customer service ever! Not sure ********************** is even worth the trouble anymore!

      **************** help is HORRIBLE.I needed assistance on purchasing a Groupon because I kept getting an error so I began a chat with a customer service agent. I did everything they asked of me and told them I was still getting the error and after that they failed to ever respond back to me. So I opened up an email ticket for help, got the same response that the previous agent gave me, told them I already tried that and it did not work and provided screenshots like they asked and never got a response back from them. Horrible customer service considering I was wanting to purchase something from them.

      **************** is horrible. They discounted their phone so the only contact is through virtual chat or email. I accidentally placed a order for 7 Tickets. I was trying to get a total, thinking Id get a chance to verify prior to the order being placed. I sent a chat within 5 mins of the order being place and requested a credit. After back and forth chats they said they couldnt give a refund because of the no cancel policy with the company that I could call them and gave me the phone. As I expected they couldnt give me the credit either since the order was placed with Groupon. They also advised that Groupon should give me the credit back since it was a honest mistake. I have since sent a email virtual email chat to Groupon and have heard nothing from them.
