      I started a online Factoring application with Truckstop. I sent the first part of application in and then changed my mind about Factoring with Truckstop. I emideatly called Truckstop 5 minutes after sending first part of application in left them a detailed message to disregard the application that I just sent in. Do not process the application I do not want factoring with Truckstop. I get a email a week later stating Thanks for considering them for factoring and if I wanted to proceed with factoring with them I need to login with a code and to sign the final paper work for the factoring. I never signed this. They sent me another email a Week later stating the same as first email. I never signed that email. A month later I go to a different company for factoring and was informed I have factoring with Truckstop. I emideatly called Truckstop and talked to them. I asked how do i have factoring with you. I never signed or finished the application and called and canceled on your voice message service. I was told that THAY had went ahead and filed the paperwork without me signing or finishing application just because I sent the first part of application in. Again I'm asking them how is this possible without me finishing or signing application. I was then told that I had to pay them $500 to get out of Factoring contact. After discussing it THEY decided to take it down to $250. Still this is unacceptable I don't owe you anything. This is unfair and has to be illegal. I thought Truckstop did better business than this. PLEASE BEWARE of filling any apparitions on line with them. They will complete the process without you. And will force you to pay to get out of The Contract. I used to think Truckstop was know for doing good business but this company is just like all the other companies that give Truckin a bad name.

      The customer service is a mess, rude people and with no knowledge, if you send an email the resolution always is that there is no resolution, They place you on hold every time to not assist you. They take your money and they just can't help you to get it back if you don't agree with their service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

      I am new in the trucking business and file an application with this company. before I started the process of getting my dot or mc#. It was explained that They do not allow dispatchers to get accounts. I was confused because there are dispatchers the resource of truckers getting loads are jobs. I didn't say a thing but process on getting my authority of getting my trucking company. So now I have everything to run my trucking business the disrespect to me as a black entrepreneur woman. Is be on what I have ever endured in my entire life is crazy. To refuse to be able to run my business bring me back to when people before weren't able to get a job. As a consumer, I should have the same right as other consumers are entrepreneurs. I was told by one of the ****************** what my business structure was. All they had to do is ask me for my insurance which clearly states that I am operating as a trucking business. I take on the initiative of my state representative to stop such behavior.
