  Thiass is the worst scam in the trucking industry, high pressure sale to get you to sign up for factoring. Then they file UCC1 in your home state. After finding out that everything they told me on the sales pitch ws a lie, I cancelled the next day. Never factored anything, red=ceived any money, never used any service, was told there was a ****** fee to ******. After filing many emails, and complaints, I got a nice lady named ***** that sent a form, I signed it and returned it. Then I never received the release for and can't get anyone on the phone after being transfered and on hold for over 49 min. *****************. I reccomend filing a Fraudulent Affidavit with the Departmentof state in the stae you live in

  I sent this to **** ******** : Hi **** Having considered everything related to the *********** I feel as though we should have discussed the plan (the $159) I took. I feel as though I was thrown to the wolves to defend myself. I'm paying $159 a month, and due to the cost of my insurance tripling and spending 2 1/2 weeks on the phone with 5 different insurance companies to get quotes, I haven't even gotten to make one single load. I called you and left a message for you to call me back last week with no response. I called twice today no answer.I've started going to each broker to fill out the packet info from the list you sent only to find my email is still under my old email from 6 plus yrs ago.After talking to other Truckers and looking on ******* I've found this is the worst time ever to be in trucking.Some of these prices on the load board are the same if not lower than they were when I was using Internet Truck Stop. I wish you would have informed me of this, do the brokers really expect us to haul freight with the cost of fuel the way it is and the prices of the insurance and all the other regulations put on us by the ***** Unbelievable?I realize some of these issues I'm having are not of your concern but in my defense and a good business relation, some HEADE UP would have been nice/appropriate. I would appreciate a call **** to discuss my future with you and your company.I'VE CALLED THREE TIMES THIS WEEK, AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I GUESS THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS AND I WANT NO PART OF THIS.I ALSO HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH Nika *********** WITH NO RESPONSE. I WILL CALL TOMORROW AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION . WILL BE GOING TO DAT'S LOAD BOARD I'VE HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD STUFF FROM THEM!!!!!!!

  Several time they changed me for release then reattach themselves to my brokers without my consent,..having to pay for release times again,..Turn in paperwork with deduction where they're to only bill for what on your invoice To get more from you,they'll over pay and charge a full 3% on 100% of your invoice Brokers will pay them in full and they send you notice that wasn't paid Sometimes adding extra on loads that you didn't on you invoice They're a complete scams scamming drivers

  Truckstop load board has been down for several days and it is impacting our business. This comes on the tail end of raising our subscription price. When I contact IT they do not get back to you and we have submitted several work orders. On top of that, they make it very difficult to cancel your account. We have been trying to get someone on the phone to either fix or cancel our account and the phone just rings for hours. The only people who answer the phone is their sales team. This is unacceptable service.

  This company Out of country customer service is a JOKE !!!Spent about 2 hours to update my payment information and also I asked to remove the second user, they said you have to pay and then next month they will remove the 2nd user. Crazy

  They give low ratings to companies that don't use their services. I was stopped by officer and one of my 8 tires was low.

  They won't answer calls or emails to cancel the subscription. I've called and selected option to "subscribe" and they will immediately answer, as soon as I request to cancel they hang up. They claim there is a way to do it on the admin account portal, but once you follow the instructions it doesn't work. This company is a scam to get you signed up and then give you no way to get it cancelled

  There was a payment issue between customer and broker that I had resolved but the factoring company has not responded to any of my emails phone calls or texts. Its been 3 weeks that I havent got paid. At this point I think 3% is way to much for their s***** service. Im taking my business somewhere else.

  They change their policy to fit each situation un their favor. The do load recourse even with the Rate Confirmation and signed BOL not trust worthy . TS bottom line is them and NOT the carrier.

  I been with this company almost 11 years but lately this company is in the dumps. Take to long to get paid and they still charging the full 3% factoring fees and whenever you call you have wait until they call you back its like these people are working from home and no one have a answer to give you. Im in the process of getting a new factoring company and I hope everything goes smooth and Truckstop doesnt try and stall
