      Worst rental company Ive ever had the displeasure of renting from. They do not fix anything in a timely manner, going as far as to say maintenance was already provided and canceling requests. We had a window open for three weeks because they would not send anyone out and IF they do, it will be unannounced with no notice of them even receiving the request. They will scam you for your complete deposit every time, no matter how clean. To this day I have not received my deposit nor a receipt, despite multiple requests made over phone, email and in person. Not to mention the bad staff that will straight up lie to your face and pretend that certain people arent in the office so they dont have to fix a problem, let alone answering the phone.

      Still waiting on deposite to be returned and/or a break down on what would be withheld. Moved out 4/30/23 and per email it would be 30 days. Left VM as well today. Put in a ticket Dec 2022 to have east facing window looked at as when it rained the water just spilled in, no one ever came to look at it. Other than that no issues.

      We had some employee turnover around the time that deposit letters were to go out and some were not addressed in as timely a fashion as we want. When the problem was discovered, we fixed it as soon as possible and the deposit letters have already been sent out. The work order was not handled as it should have been. We have been extremely busy and short staffed and was not able to get to the issue.

      The property management has a record of walking into tenants homes without notice or any warning. It is rare to find a tenant that is not frustrated and belittled by the management team. Please beware of any of their properties.

      Spire Property Management does not walk into units without proper notice. This was a mistaken move out date and the property manager was merely checking to make sure the tenant was out. The manager apologized and did not return to the unit unit the tenant had confirmed he was out. This is not a regular occurrence
