    If youre looking for a place to live, Windsor on the river isnt it. The new company moved in beginning/middle of September yet they didnt have a working office number until November or a working emergency maintenance number until December. The office times are very inconsistent, said they would notify us when their hours changed but yet I never got anything stating their hours changed. Before they changed it they would leave almost an hr early. During thanksgiving is when I noticed water leaking into my apartment in my laundry area, due to them not having emergency maintenance number it took them 5-6 days to get in and even when they did they didnt do anything to the wall that was wet so apartment 2430 #4 you probably got mold. Then a week or so later it happened again which I thought they got the problem resolved but roto rooter refused to come because they still have past dues from the previous office management.Another thing from that apartment the shower curtain rod is covered in rust, always a drip in that shower, rust will run down the walls, and the toilet bowl will always run water bc the tank runs empty which also caused another leak but maintenance never fixed that issue, so if you put in maintenance request you better be there because if they see its working fine theyre not going to look deeper into the issue. I chose this apartment because I was told it was safe, but due to their lack of lighting around all of the buildings, garages will be broken into, cars, recently someones apartment was broken into, I also seen workers (sketchy guys) go into the buildings too which was around 3:40am-4am.
