      -10 is what I want to give them. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. They are a non-compete service provider. Stay away from them. If they come to your apartment complex they will force all other services providers off the property and then you have no choice but them or nothing. So wrong ??

      Horrible internet. Hung up twice from customer service phone line. They do not call back. Horrible communication to customers. Highly recommend another internet carrier that can communicate properly as well as provide top notch internet service!

      Worst internet Ive ever had called several times and each time they tell me their is nothing wrong with the service but I keep having issues and then after they gave me the run around they finally told me there is nothing they can do about it and on top of it I have no choice but them because of my apartments and I cant even game properly because the internet is what they claim to be the customer service is awful they treat you like you trash and never contacts you back and I genuinely believe they dont care about their customers I would rather have my phones hot spot over them and the worst part I have to pay for this so I would say poor customer service and false advertising
