      Internet set up on Jan. 10 2024 did not work, called 5 separate times on Jan. 12. Kept being told a technician would come by that day to fix it. Never came. Called again Jan. 13, told the same thing, a tech would come and look. Never did. Called Jan. 16 and was talked through a reset of router and even tried using my personal router and it still did not work. Again was told a tech would come, and again never did. I called today, 02 Feb. 2024 and was told a technician would come by today, 5pm CST and never did.

      Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue.  The *** support team is actively engaged with the customer now and we are working together on a solution.  We have had a technician onsite and determined the problem is a wire issue and we are currently coordinating with repair technicians to get this problem resolved.
