    I wish I could give this company a negative star, do not use them very unprofessional and not to competent. The guy named was Paul and he’s horrible in my opinion. I would not recommend this company to anyone just the worst service you can find.

    I have had a request via my home warranty company since September which is 3 months ago. Since my request, Mr. Paul has requested photographs and model numbers for my microwave stove and refrigerator. Mr. Paul has told me on numerous occasions that he was ordering parts for the microwave and for the stove and was going to request that my home warranty company order a new over the stove microwave for me. I have found from The home warranty company three months later that Mr. Paul has not done any of these things he has promised me he has done. Today, When speaking with the home warranty company, they called Mr. Paul, and they were told by Mr. Paul that he wanted them to transfer my service to a different company. I sent Mr. Paul a text message letting him know how disappointed I am in him because I thought he was an honest person when all this time he has been untruthful. I will be reporting this to my home warranty company also. I do think Mr. Paul is a nice man, but I think he is way overbooked therefore turns to dishonesty and putting people off to buy himself more time. Unfortunately, I am going through Thanksgiving and Christmas with no microwave/convection oven.

    I gave Paul's Unique Services one star only because the BBB format doesn't allow a NO star review. I would give a NEGATIVE star if I could. He was sent to us by ******** **** ****** to repair our clothes dryer and install a new gas range. He subsequently ordered a replacement part for the dryer, and after some delay the part was sent to him. The only thing "unique" about Paul proved to be his endless supply of excuses. It took enduring a week of multiple efforts to pin him down to a definite day when he would come to do the actual work. We consider him rude and surly, utterly unprofessional. On the day he was supposed to appear, he never did. Nor did he even bother to call and say he wasn't coming. When we tried to give him a second chance, he refused to return our multiple voice mails. Even *** couldn't get through to him. When *** finally did make phone contact, he fobbed them off with yet another excuse saying he was on the road and couldn't talk, according to the *** customer service person we spoke to. *** promised us Paul would call back. Of course, HE NEVER DID. *** tried him again just now...12 hours after he was supposed to call...and they said he didn't answer. It has been several weeks since first contact and it's obvious he will NEVER call back. Our sole consolation is that Paul never offered any proof of certification or accreditation in installing propane appliances or any other appliance related skills, so it may be just as well. (As a related sidebar, *** has been less than helpful, telling us that, since Paul has the requisite part, we are just going have to wait for him to decide to call, since he is their only vendor anywhere near our rural location.)

    I would never recommend this company for anything. I had the displeasure of being referred to this company through my home warranty company for a second opinion on my refrigerator/freezer not cooling. I had to reach out to him after 7 days of not contacting me. After expressing he was supposed to schedule an appointment within 24hrs which he did not do and requesting immediate service, he told me no and to call my home warranty company to switch to another vendor.

    This Company is UNRELIABLE ! Paul's Unique Services was assigned by our warranty company to fix our dryer. Got the runaround from him for 2 1/2 weeks. The day he promised to show, he had the service call transferred to another Company. I get an email that said our call has been completed. Now the process starts over again with another Company. He cost me a lot of time and major frustration. Do people have no accountability anymore ? Mind you, our credit card got billed in a timely manner. No problem with the Billing Department. He is no longer allowed to be assigned to my account. If I could give him a negative star, I would.

    Despite what I’ve read on the other reviews, Paul was amazing! Used Paul threw my home warranty company after previously dealing with ****** ********* aka ***** *********, who were horrible and very unresponsive. Paul called me on Monday and asked what was wrong with my washing machine. He then anticipated my needs by going ahead and ordering the pump needed for repair, along with a belt and switch in case that was the cause, or if they broke in the future. Upon arrival, Paul was one of the most kind gentleman I’ve gotten to speak with. He did what the other appliance companies didn’t and assessed the pump realizing a bobby pin was stuck inside causing the problem. He was quick and efficient, even offered to sweep behind my washing machine! I’d highly recommend this veteran owned business to anyone!

    If I could give this man 0 stars I would. We made this service repair with our home warranty company. Paul came out at the end of ****. He told us that he would order the parts and they would take 2 weeks to arrive. We are now pushing two months with no response. I called him today. He said that he didn't remember our service call. I told him that he told us the parts would take 2 weeks. He stated that he never said that. HE has currently closed out our service repair with the warranty company stating that it was repaired and complete. Which is a lie. He is a fraud. I have contacted our warranty company and made it very clear that he was not allowed back in my home.
