    I just got a call from the same company doing the same thing. I paid 300 for the security package. I have to pay **** for the year service that they say they provided or they would do the auto renewal for 5800$. I did the same thing gave them a copy of the check and they want me to send it tomorrow . I do not know what to do. I told them they were robbers and that this was not right. They got very defensive and said do not say that. They said they would do this legally and get 5800$ from me. HELP!

    In 2022 I contracte with Ultimate Shop A 3 year basic Security package for all of my devices; Cost was $998 . it was clearly listed on confirmation slip that it was for Basic protection only. I get a call from manager ******************* this week indicating that I need to sign up for a ** Protection plan Forever for a cost of $9000. I called back and indicated I did not want the ** protection plan and it was never a part of my initial order ( which I have a paper copy of). He indicated that they have provided this service for a year and have not charged me. , but now I either have to sign up for the ** plan or cancel and pay for the 1 year of service which for seniors is $1100. They only accept checks and I stupidly photographed a check from my bank so they have the routing number and account number. . They demanded that I provide that for them or they would not cancel and continue o charge me for $9000.00for the forever plan..Called bank and put a stop order on the check that I have not mailed. If I do mail it they will not honor it.Looked at the reporting for this company and there are several more complaints of the same nature against them. What can be done? I will not pay for a service I did not order..
