    jan 29 2023 my computer froze with a notice to contact this company to resolve my problem.contact was made and they charged us $1,098.00 for 3 years of security.they tried to sell us a lifetime deal we said no because the price was $9,800.00 and we didnt want to spend that kind of money .now they call me every day demanding their money.they also said i could cancel for a small fee of $2500.00.when i told him we never agreed to this he dropped the price to$1,900.00 to cancel his name is *** and always calls from numbers that are not in service.now im getting calls from a woman named ***** whosays we owe them 14,800.00.i have saved the last 3 or4 phone messages .i told them 2 weeks ago my wife was out of town would not be home till august 15 they still called every day!!!!! there is a similiar complaint in july thats why i decided to write my complaint . it seems that that person paid the cancelation fee and is still being harrased.the threat is that they will get their money from my checking account one way or another.

    In Dec of 22 my computer froze with a number to call Ultimateshop in Alanta, GA saying they were *************** they needed access to my computer to fix they unlocked the computer I bought the 3 year security and that was all for **** then in March of 23 ************************* called I owe for lifetime security which was outrages or ********************************************************************** then in April of 23 ******************* leaves many messages that I owe an ungodly amount for life time security so I paid **** to ****** Mart in *************, ** to cancel I agreed to basic plan all others I did not both ******* and *** said I would never hear the company again *** put it in print to this date I get messages every other day from both that owe **** to ***** for life $ amont always change I feel it is a scam and it is fraudulent they cashed all my checks but still they harass me stop harassing me and leave me alone I have no money what information did they get off my computer all these companies need to be checked they do not tell what company they are calling for *** messages says he is the manager of the company what company he does not say I was stupid and fell for a scam no more apology and refund is what I want Ultimateshop, ****** Mart and Fortune kart llc all need to be looked at for scamming I cancelled but now they say I have to cancel again I know they want more money to do this that will not happen I don't return their calls their messages threaten to charge my checking account or my card can they do this without my permission I believe this is fraud I did not agree to any other services but the basic plan I am planning on contacting the Federal Trade Commision as I see it these companies and people are dishonest and it's a scam this harassment has been going on for 7 months now enough is enough STOP
