    Terrible, fraudulent ********************** If I could give it negative starts I would!! Do not do any type of business that involves insurance with this company. They sell their product as a limited coverage plane where you can see any provider in the area. Not true. They won't offer the plan again "if you don't purchase in full from them". Completely took advantage of me! They take your money and then when you cancel the same day because you have found out its not the plan you want they say they will refund your money back but I haven't seen a dime of it. I have called and waited on their customer service lines for a person for over an hour several times. When I get through the person says it takes "6-8 business weeks before a refund is issued" We have been waiting for over 12 business weeks for a payment in full of $9,397.21. It is one excuse after the other, customer service states "they will get you to a manager that can fix this issue" and then you are placed back on hold and no one ever answers the call. Its a joke, will probably need to call a lawyer to get this money back from this fraudulent company. Soooooo terrible, beware!! Never except a policy from a broker that says "I can't honor that rate again if you need time to think about it."
