I had purchased a years worth of insurance through a different named company back in October of 2022 for $6000. In December of 2022 Consumer Data Partners took over my insurance policy then automatically charged me, without consent, another years insurance premiums in June of 2023 stating it needed to be renewed before the year was up. I mentioned I was looking for new insurance and they said I could cancel at any time. Since that phone conversation I havent been able to reach Consumer Data Partners via phone or email to cancel my policy. I have had to pay unpaid doctor ***** that were unpaid and sent to collections even though my policy claims I get all of my doctors visits covered. After leaving my number numerous times and no one has returned a call. Any and all email addresses that they have used to send policy cards are now defunct. I am looking to have my policy canceled and get partial reimbursement for the half of year i have paid for.

I signed up and paid for 6 months of Health Coverage to make it until my coverage at work started. I paid in full approximately $3000.00. With no notice, after the six months they took another 6 months out of my bank account. I immediately called the number on my card and told them I wanted to cancel. The new had not started because they take the money a month and a half before your coverage is set to end. I requested a refund. This was all in November of 2022. I have called monthly about my refund and all I get told is that it is still processing. They wont give you anyone else to contact, no other number to call and tell you that they have no ability to check on the refund. Then to make matters worse, I received an email stating that they are going to take another 6 months out of my bank account in a week. Leaving me no choice but to close my bank account and file a fraud complaint with my bank. I suggest to anyone reading this to file a complaint with your state's insurance regulatory department and to also file one in the **************** for this company. They are a fraud and they should not put their name and information on the insurance cards and then accept no responsibility for the fraud. You can also file a complaint with BBB of *******. *********************************************************************************** phone number:************

I purchased private healthcare coverage through Consumer Data Partners/Quick Health in January 2022. I paid the entire years premium upfront, because it allowed me a discount. After finding out I had breast cancer in April 2022, I canceled the coverage to seek other coverage because it provided no coverage for my needs. As I had only had this product for approximately three months, I am owed a considerable refund on the premium that I had paid. I made multiple phone calls to what I thought was the correct phone number, and talked to multiple representatives, but was never told that I was calling the wrong company, and in fact, on multiple occasions, was told I should see resolution on my credit card bill soon. After finally calling and leaving a clear message of my dissatisfaction, I received an email from **************************, CEO of Quick Health, informing me of my error, and directing me to contact the plan sponsor, ************** Partnerships, LP, and third party administrator, ****** ******************* LLC (HMA). I can find no contact information for DATA Marketing Partnerships, and was not provided contact information by **************. I spoke with a representative at HMA, and was told they have nothing to do with this, and was given the number for Consumer Data Partners, or Quick Health, which was the exact number I had been calling for months and getting nowhere. It is impossible to navigate through and figure out who I am supposed to contact to get my substantial refund, which I estimate to be more than $4000. I have emailed **************, and left several voice messages, with no further response from him. As I am going through cancer treatment, bills are mounting, and I need that money ASAP to keep my head above water. I believe I am purposely being continually misled as to who to contact, so that this organization will not have to pay me the refund I am owed. I I expect a full refund for the remainder of the premium which I did not use (covered Feb-April).

When I was laid off of my job I needed to get insurance for my whole family. I looked everywhere online and was called by multiple companies. Overwhelmed I finally just answered a call and spoke with someone. At the time I did not realize it was an insurance broker of sorts. We purchased the 1 year of health insurance for my whole family in July 2022 and decided to take a loan to pay the full amount since it was more affordable to pay the whole year. We paid $7,131 for one year and were told that it locked in the price and would be automatically taken out yearly. When my insurance cards came it was not the gold plan that I was told it was. It was Hawaii Mainland Administrators card. The insurance was sub-par at best. No offices had a clue how to even run the medical card I gave them and it was always a process to try and use the coverage. I called MULTIPLE numbers to call and cancel my plan and finally got ahold of someone that said that she was cancelling my plan. She informed me it would take 72 hours to take effect and I should have my $5000ish refund in 4-6 weeks. I have seen no such refund. I also looked online and saw my account was STILL ACTIVE! Now trying to call the company again has been an all day ordeal and I still have not gotten ahold of anyone about my cancellation. I should also note that I got a conformation code saying the cancellation was going through (1096740459)As I was typing this first section waiting on hold for over 20 minutes on the 6th call today (11/28/2022) someone finally answered. I talked to **** and she informed me that she did see I cancelled on October 19th but she does not know why I have not received a refund or why my account is still active. She informed me that she was going to move this up immediately and call me back tomorrow with information about my cancellation and refund.11/29/2022 I called again the next afternoon to see what **** found out. After again waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, **** answered and said that she remembered me and that she has it all sorted out. She said my check is in the mail and I will see it in a week.12/08/2022 I called the billing department to try and get through faster (it worked) the lady was extremely nice and told me I needed to talk to the compliance department. I informed her that I have been talking to them and my next step is to get my lawyer involved but I would like to try and resolve it one last time with the Company. She asked if I would wait on hold while she went to the compliance managers office so he could talk to me. I waited and the compliance manager got on the phone with me. ******* (extension 002) said that their system was down for 5 days and that is why my check never went out. He said he GUARANTEES that my check will be here by Wednesday of next week (12-14-2022). He informed me that my check would be the full refund of $7,131.00. This was odd because before they had originally told me my refund would be pro-rated for the two months I attempted to use the insurance and it would be around $5,000. It is now 12/20/2022 and I did not receive any refund in the mail. I gave this company MULTIPLE opportunities to make this right before I wrote this letter. I believe they are scamming people. I really hope that someone will hold them accountable for taking peoples money and giving them the run around. I will be trying to reach out to a lawyer as well. Even if I only get a small amount back after fighting this, I hope that all the people that they have taken advantage of will receive some sort of compensation.Cancelled Oct. 19th -One week to complete cancellation 4 weeks to receive refund in mail. Talked to **** 11/28 at 2:04 PM- she informed me she did not know what happened but will figure it out.Talked to **** 11/29- My check is in the mail and it will be here next week 12/8 -Talked to ******* (compliance manager) Check will be here next Wednesday Guaranteed I should also note that the agreement I attached I NEVER SAW until they sent me my conformation of insurance.

I was sold a policy stating that it would cover a specific procedure. Thus was bait and switch, the claim was submitted 7 times, claimed that it was lost several times when I had the signature for delivery. Process was started in June, they drug their feet, excuse after excuse and denied the claim that the policy was sold for. Clear bait and switch, usesery, and customer abuse. You cannot get through to cancel the policy, just goes to an unmonitered voice-mail. This should have been resolved in June. I expect a full policy refund due to the illegal sales tactics and material misrepresentation of what the policy covered. Thank you.

Complaint Details After I enrolled on May 1, I found out they didn't cover anything! I cancelled on May 17. They said they would send my refund. Last week, I was told the refund department would call me back within the hour. That never happened. Yesterday I called and waited on hold for three hours. Nobody answered. Today I called when they opened at 9 EST, and I'm still on hold one hour later.Update:Yesterday, they said ********** was in a meeting and she would chk with them and call me back. Today, *** transfered my call to **********, I waited on hold for approx 30 mins, and the automated voice told me that party isn't available, leave a message. So, I left a message with my phone number, and nothing yet. I'm not going to hold my breath.I had to pay the premium immediately, but over three months and no rebate as promised.
