I am VERY HAPPY with mycontractorslicense.com...I live in ********. I have been in construction almost 30yrs. I decided to start my own **************************** I took the ************** and passed the first time. I took the *** test and failed. It was not an easy test! I was referred to their website by *************************. I paid for the course in November 2022 and followed the course as they explained. AMAZING!!! A lot of the areas they covered were on the test. They showed and explained how to find the answers in the workbooks. They also provided a study book with questions and answers, which was great because I could bring it to work and study on my breaks. I was more confident and less nervous when I went to take the test in March 2023. I passed the test and I believe they have a great course that if you follow as described you will pass with flying colors. Thank you for helping me and I also recommended the course to a friend who is also going for his Class "A". He is taking the course now and I am positive he will also pass! Thanks again!!!

Very disappointed with the study materials as the practice tests outlines are nothing like the ones you will actually face at the actual exam. Secondly, extremely disappointed in the company and their representation which does not care about their supporting customers but only focus on the money they make. Im sure somebody from the company is going to write a long story of how the consumer is always wrong in their books and how they cannot do any wrong, but I will be sure not to use their platform again and will advise people in the field not to do business with this morally absent company.

Our Courses are active for one year and can be extended if needed. Most of our clients are completed with their courses within 6 weeks of purchase. This client purchased the course 12/17/2019. Over 3 years ago!!! We offered a discounted course which the customer declined. In this same time three-year period, we have successfully helped ****** individuals pass their General Contractors Exams. Unfortunately, after having access to the course for 15 months ( we extended all courses 90 days for free during the Covid period, ************************ has issued us a low 1-star rating and he claims that is based on our customer service. We find it unfortunate that he feels we deserve this poor rating based on his inability to complete the course in 15 months and his desire to have never-ending course access. Apparently, not everyone is bound for greatness!

The service provider failed to mention that most testing sites were closed and/or kept getting rescheduled during Covid. For some people with serious health issues, it was very hard leaving their homes and going into public, simply from the scare of falling ill or even worse, dying. Somehow someway this company believes that this was just an excuse, but hey not every company believes in great customer service. Sadly this company will keep fighting instead of working on a better solution than $50 off a guaranteed $500 program.

I purchased their ** NASCLA program and all of the relative books 9-5-2019. I too procrastinated and finally got back around to focusing on the ****** test. At the time of purchase it was never mentioned to me on the phone. It was NOT on their website about the 1 year expiration. I did not notice this in any infommercials before purchase. Once I finally got back around to opening and reading purchased package and books, did I read about the 1 year expiration. I get books changing. I even get an expiration of the course. But don't act like that was easily known or even out there for customers to see. Its not on your website at this moment either. Wonder if that is a class action lawsuite thing? Of course this is my opinion.*********************

Our training is a one-time purchase and provides access to the material for 1 year. ************** purchased his training on 09/05/2019 and the course was active until 9-4-2020. It has been 3 years since he purchased the training course. The one-year activation is noted on our Website, cover of the audio CDs, and activation email notifications. All students receive multiple notifications when their access to the course is expiring. 30 days prior to expiration the student is emailed of the upcoming expiration and offered an extension. Again 15 days before the expiration, and again 3 days before the course expires the student is emailed. If a student needs to extend their course, we offer extensions for $2.50 per day from the date the course expired. The exams do change, and the training material must be constantly updated. Much of the training material that was used/purchased in 2019 has had numerous updates and some cases wholesale changes to the material. There have been 6 book changes to the exam and the exam composition has changed since 2019.Our courses are not static, meaning that they change and are updated constantly as the exams change and as we add info. While a student has access, they will continually get updates, new questions, and any new materials. As you can see, maintaining a course that was sold in 2019 would require the material to stay static and would have minimal value since the exam has changed so much since then. We encourage our students to spend 35 to 45 minutes a day as they prepare for the exam. Typically, most of our students are done with their courses in 4 to 6 weeks.
