    I purchased contractor license exam books and a study course on 11/18/23. I was told that my login info would be sent in **** minutes. It's ***** hours later and still nothing, and no reply from customer service. I'm starting to feel like the whole site is a scam.

    On 12/9 I purchased their plan for $49 for the ** residential contractor practice test. I was promised immediate download available after purchase. There are no links to download, nothing in my account to link me there, no test to take at all. I paid for an invoice, as oxymoronic as that sounds.. Their site looks enticing and they offer satisfaction guarantees. Im glad i didnt purchase one of the test study bundles for $1400.

    The Customer was fully refunded within 3 days of purchase. This customer placed order with a reseller Contractor-License.com This customer was never a My Contractors License direct customer. Please remove this the complaint from My Contractors License. Sorry we just saw this complaint since it was filed against the wrong company.

    I purchased the course for my GC License from Mycontractrorlicense.com and i was told if you fail, we ll refund you the money back. i follow their protocol and appeared for an exam but failed but i did not argue with them that i need money back. i studied again but again failed . i took a break and then when i tried to start again and they told me i have to pay again , the reason is i m very honest guy did not ask for my money back from you but they told me i have to pay again despite i had the right to ask my money back when i failed two times,

    Our policy is simple, if you have done your part and studied using our course and all the books, we guarantee your success.
    1. If you do fail your test, please contact us within 5 days of failing your exam and send us a copy of your failure notice provided by the testing company.
    2. You must have at least 3 practice exams where you scored a 95% or better (this is important!).
    3. Test times must be at least 70% of the allowable test time. (if a test has 100 minutes allowed, then your test times must be at least 70 minutes)
    4. If you passed the business/law but not the Trades, then you may receive a 75% refund for the price of the prep course.

    Although ************** did do much of the course work, he failed in two key areas of our training guarantee:his practice exam scores should have been 95 percent or higher (which they were not) and he should have used at least 70 percent of the allotted time (but he did not). This is clearly stated in the guarantee.
    The time on this exam is 330 minutes.  We ask students to spend a minimum of 231 minutes (**** hours) taking the practice exams. We require this to try and prevent students from only memorizing questions and answers. We want them to find the answers in the books since it is an open book exam (with 23 books), and PSI (the testing agency) will always have multiple versions of a question and topic. If a client relies on memorizing questions and answers, he will be unable to understand how to look up the information in the 23 different books when a variation of the question is presented during the examination.
    ************** never scored higher than an 88 on his practice exams, but more critically, his test times were far too short. He was spending less than half the requested time.


    Our extension policy:
    On average most students complete this course in under 40 hours over the span of 3-4 weeks. As with most schools, if you purchase a course or training there is an expiration date on the material or access to the material. No training organization can train students in perpetuity. Our system sends out multiple reminders prior to a course expiring. All courses are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. If a student needs to extend their course, we offer extensions for $2.50 per day from the date the course expired.

    We also offer the coaching sessions to all of our students and ask that they contact us prior to their test date to verify their readiness.  ************** did not contact us regarding this.
