    Our job involved having 9 large Oak trees lifted and trimmed, 3 Palm trees trimmed and 1 removed and also ***** grinding.The job estimate was in writing, clear cut, and provided immediately during initial visit.**** and crew arrived promptly on scheduled date and time.The crew was exceptional throughout the entire process, frequently eliciting our satisfaction during process. Very careful with removal of tree close to house. Also, extra care in avoiding sprinkler system and fragile plantings during removal.Great equipment , operated by skilled crew who's work reflected their knowledge and experience.The entire crew as meticulous about every aspect of work. The clean up was extensive and they left the property pristine. We got bids from 4 other tree services, which were easy to narrow down since some of the others were not licensed or insured. ****** is licensed and insured. Our quote was highly competitive and the value and 5 star service provided was exceptional!

    My Father (a retired first responder with sight issues) hired his service to demolish a single wide trailer he was about to purchase. The deal did not go through and Dean's tree service has not returned his money, $5,000.00,. He claimed he had gotten permits but Sarasota county denies he even applied for permits. **** was told not to proceed before it closed and we canceled before the time mentioned on the quote he gave my father.He did not return calls or emails for months. When I finally got ahold of him he di return the money nor did he even promise to saying he has expenses. This issue is a year and a half old.
