      Have tried multiple times to cancel the membership. Emails go unanswered and links on their website (Wifelovers) go no where. It's am endless circle. I want to cancel and have them stop charging me.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/14) */ we found a subscription from someone with the same email address and physical address but a different first name. This persons subscription to www.wifelovers.com expired a month ago on May 15, 2022 and was not renewed. Therefore it is already cancelled. Please note that there are three different ways to cancel a subscription to the website. We have an on-line form, an 800 phone number or the subscriber can email the website directly. We did a search and have no record of the person using the online form, calling the 800 call center or even emailing us. We suspect that because his subscription expired a month ago he was able to get through to us using another name or email. In any case, the only subscription we found for this person is already cancelled, and the customer was not charged for a renewal. Because of that we do not think this complaint was justified.

      I paid for a service I can not get logged in and or look at the content I paid for I sent an email on 06/01/22 no reply as in the numerous emails I have sent to cancel my subscription, with no reply. All links the links on the website are dead ends and are purposely done that way. This company refuses to either satisfy their contract or let people out of the contract and keep applying charges without providing goods. Deceptive practices should be in their description in quotes when asking for help from the BBB.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/10) */ Mr ****** purchased a monthly subscription to the adult website wifelovers.com on February 25, 2020. Since he subscribed we have not received any emails from this customer requesting help with his service or to cancel his subscription. His claim of not being able to log into the website to use his membership is puzzling because our server logs show that he successfully logged into the website on five (5) different days in the past month from both his Verizon Cell Service and his comcast internet account. To cancel a subscription is very easy, there are three ways. 1. He can call a toll free 800 service center that is staffed 24 hour a day. We have no record of Mr ****** ever calling the service center. 2. He can email the website directly. The website has no record of any email received from Mr. ****** for any reason ever. 3. There is an online link to cancel, that is shown BEFORE someone makes a purchase. Our server logs do not show anyone attempting to cancel his service online. Here is what we did. We refunded his last transaction made on May 15, 2022 in the amount of $15.95. He should see the refund on his statement in about 3-5 days. His claim of deceptive practices is not accurate and we have complied with his BBB Desired resolution by cancelling his subscription and refunding the last transaction. - Tarrob Web Services
