      I tried to cancel my subscription that went thru Tarrob. The order was placed on 12/17/2024 for $19.95. They have not answer my email or do not answer phone. I used my email of: ****************** when i signed up. I also used my Master Card ending in 9283. All i want is for them to immediately cancel my account so there are no more charges.****** ****

      Mr **** DID purchase a monthly subscription to the adult website ************** on December 16, 2024. However his BBB complaint states he used the email address of: ******************* We could not find any transaction associated with that email address in the 25 years we have been in business. We were able to find his purchase by searching on his full name and then finding a transaction associated with his address and the last four digits of his MasterCard, He used the email address: ***************************

      Since he subscribed on December 16, ******************************************************************************************* to cancel his subscription. Our 800 call center logs do not show any calls from this person or his telephone number.

      However, we did find that this was not the first time Mr **** purchased a subscription to the same website. On July 3, 2021 he made a purchase and three months later he called our 800# to cancel his subscription on October 7, 2021. The call center is operated by an our billing company and is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It is never closed.

      To cancel a subscription is very easy, there are three ways. 1. He can call a toll free 800 service center that is staffed 24 hour a day. We have no record of Mr  **** calling the service center since 2021. 2. He can also email the website directly. The website has no record of any email received from Mr. **** for any reason ever. 3. There is an online link to cancel, that is shown BEFORE someone makes a purchase. Our server logs do not show anyone attempting to cancel his service online.

      We do not have any record of Mr **** using any of these methods to cancel his subscription.

      Since we did find his subscription, we have complied with his BBB Desired resolution by cancelling his subscription and he will not be rebilled. - Tarrob Web Services

      I am being billed $8.95 each month on my credit card, and I want this stopped immediately. I have tried calling Tarrob, but only get voicemail, and my emails have gone unanswered.

      This complaint is unwarranted and should be dismissed without penalty

      We learned that on November 12 2024 Mr ******** emailed the webmaster at ************** to cancel a subscription. 
      He emailed from the email address: *************************************

      He did not have a subscription to ************** and the website responded back in less then 45 minutes requesting more information to help him

      Instead he made a BBB complaint.

      A day after that intial email to *************** on November 13 2024, Mr ******** emailed tarrob web services directly. He told us he made a BBB complaint, but he emailed us from a completly different email address then he emailed to the other website. This time he used the email: *************************

      We responded in less than an hour, telling him that we did not find a purchase for that email address, instead we did find a purchase with his name, but if was a subscription to a different website not **************. Additionally that purchase was made with a completely different email address. That purchase was made from the email:**********************************

      We emailed Mr ******** back and asked to verify that what we found was the correct purchase. He responded via email then we responded back in less than 90 minutes that we had cancelled his subscription and he would not be rebilled.

      In addition to that we discovered that Mr ********* after he made the BBB complaint, emailed the first website and told them that their quick response was in his spam folder.

      In summary here are three facts

      Fact One:Our response time has been excellent, averaging less than an hour. We did respond to every email he made.

      Fact Two:Mr ******** asked us to cancel a subscription to a website he did not have a subscription to

      Fact Three:Mr ******** emailed us from two email address's not associated with his purchase and never mentioned the correct email address or any other information about the purchase, other then his first and last name

      Since we already cancelled the subscription and Mr ******** acknowledged that our responses were in his spam folder, we request that this case be dismissed without penalty.

      We have never received any correspondence from this customer. Please note that we make it easy for people to cancel their subscription. We provide the instructions BEFORE the original purchase is made and is on the payment form when a purchase is made. Sounds like ** *** did not read the text on the payment form. Nothing is hidden. In fact there are THREE ways people can cancel, First by using the online form and cancel it themself, SECOND, by calling the toll free number on their credit card statement or THIRD by emailing the website. **. *** did neither of these three options so we do not feel this complaint is justified. Especially considering that ** ********;has subscribed to our websites three times previously and successfully terminated each membership, we don't know why he did not cancel as he has in the past.

      However, In our search we did find a subscription to the website www.wifeposter.com for ** ************ is an active subscription and it has been used since ** *** made his complaint as recent as today when he spent over 30 minutes today online using what he purchased and downloaded almost 2 gigs of content. We wonder why he made a complaint but continued to actively use the service continually during this month of August

      Here is what we did. We cancelled the subscription effective today and also refunded his payments since the time made his complaint on August 8th. Specifically we refunded a total of $17.90 USD to his mastercard for the payments he made on July 16th and August 15, 2024. He should see the refund transactions in his account in 2 to 3 business days.

      Subscribe to this web service in the past. I have since changed banks and they have provided no help at fixing login issues as a result of the bank changes. Therefore I want a full refund on the past 2 payments as noted on my bank documents. Also I would appreciate help from them to correct the login problem so I can possible do business with them again in the near future...

      We believe ******************* is attempting to commit fraud on our website.

      ******************* claims he made a purchase from our website and for six weeks he has refused to provide any information that he actually made a purchase. Then yesterday he provided that information after he made the complaint to the BBB

      We believe ******************* emailed the website directly at 11:54 am on July 21, 2023. He emailed us from the email address: ************************ He requested his login information for the adult website www.wifelovers.com.

      We could not find any purchase associated with the email address. So we responded within one hour asking ******************* to provide more information so we could verify his purchase. Specifically we asked to provide any of the following purchase information

      1. The email account he gave us when he made the purchase
      or
      2. The email receipt we sent when the purchase was made.
      or
      3. The credit card being charged
      or
      4. The first and last name he gave us when he made his purchase

      ******************* responded via email two days later that he could not provide his credit card number but that he had used the email address: ******************** however he sent this email from the *********************** email address

      1. the last four digits of the credit card that was used for the purchase

      2. Simply email us from the email address he says he made the purchase from

      It is our policy and we believe a matter of law not to give our personal information about customers making adult purchases unless we can verify them.

      ******************* emailed us back the same day again from the same email address we do not have on file but did provide what he said was the last four digits of the credit card but that was incorrect> He said his card ended in 4675.

      We responded with 3 hours telling this person that his email was not in our database and the last four digits of the credit card cannot be verified. We then asked him maybe he could just give us his address including zip code to search on to find his purchase. He never responded

      Then 3 days later we learned there was a purchase made in Mr ********* name with a credit card ending in ****. Since he did not respond to our last email we assumed maybe he realized he may not have made a purchase and instead decided to actually make a purchase or that there was a purchase from someone with the same name. We now believe this was the same person

      After a month we  received another email from ******************* from his *********************** email address asking again about the original purchase he claims he made back in July

      We responded with a summary of our previous emails and that because of privacy issues we cannot verify memberships to an adult website unless you verify by either emailing us from that other email or at least provide us with the last four digits of your credit card.

      We emailed ******************* reminding his of all our pervious emails and that we cannot help him unless he email us from the email address he gave us when he made his purchase ort provide the last four digits on the credit card charged

      ******************* emailed us from the email address again we do not have, but did provide the last four digits of the credit card being charged. Since we verified his purchase and we refunded both transactions.

      Why we claim this is a fraudulent transaction  is

      1. he refused to email us form the email address he claimed he made the purchase from
      2. He refused to give us any information to verify he made a purchase with an adult website. He could have simply provided the last four digits of the credit card used two months ago, instead he waited until after he made a report to the BBB
      3. He made an additional purchase after he originally made his complaint using a different credit card with a different email address
      4. After we notified ******************* that we refunded the transaction he has been emailing us to find out the credit card account we have refunded the transactions to

      In any case, we believe his complaint is not justified and like we told him, he can complain to the BBB as much as he wants we will never disclose personal information about customers purchases to people that cannot provide the simple things to verify they made the purchase, like emailing us from the email address on file, or providing the last four digits oh his credit card.

      In July of 2023 I paid for a membership to wifelovers.com when I try to cancel my subscription all I get is the run around. The phone number provided to cancel is never answered and the voice mail is full so no messages can be left. The email address cannot be reached as well, these are not the actions of a legitimate company and all I want is to cancel my membership

      The function to cancel the recurring subscription to wifelovers.com does not work. I have emailed the website as well as Tarrob Web Services multiple times requesting my subscription is canceled, including emails to ************************* ********************* ********************************** ********************************* and *********************************** All emails are returned undeliverable. I have called and left two voicemails to ************ with no reply. I also note that many other customers have suffered from the same issue with Tarrob Web Services. I was initially billed on 6/4/2023 and am not requesting a refund but am requesting my membership canceled and no further billing is done. My account is associated with the email address provided in this complaint.

      We do not understand this complaint. The person has an active membership to wifelovers.com and his initial membership does not expire for another week. He purchased a 30 day membership and has used his membership since he purchased it. In fact since he filed this complaint he has increased his usage of his membership to about 2 full hours a day and has downloaded about 2 gigs of adult content each day.

      We have not received any emails from this person since 2010. Also, We checked our server logs and do not show that he ever used our online form to even attempt to cancel. We verified that the online form is working. Also, there are three ways to cancel any membership, he can call the toll free *************************************************************** email the website (which we have no record that he did) or use the online form (which he did not). He did none of these three methods to cancel.

      The documentation he provided is false and has nothing to do with any purchase. He provided a picture of an online form used for a FREE access to the wifelovers.com message board and has nothing to do with any paid membership or purchase. We estimate that tte picture he took is over 12 years old, because he has not logged into the website since Thu, 17 Nov 2011 at 9:30 pm

      In any case we cancelled his paid membership which is his desired outcome.

      Ive attempted to email the business twice to cancel my membership. Both to tarrob and the site webmaster and both requests were ignored. Ive also called the (813) number and it goes straight to voicemail. I want to cancel my membership to their site.

      ***************** purchased a monthly subscription to the adult website NudelAtins.com on February 27, 2021. In the two years since she subscribed we have not received any emails from this customer requesting help with his service or to cancel his subscription. 

      To cancel a subscription is very easy, in fact we post the instructions how to cancel on the join form she used BEFORE he made his purchase. *************** should know this because she purchased five similiar subscriptions in the past 13 years and cancelled the membership on the previous four. We don't know why she was having an issue with this one.  In any case there are three ways to cancel a subscription..

      I have emailed Tarrob Web Services on two occasions since November 2022 to cancel a subscription to www.wifelovers.com. The last email was sent on 07/01/2023 again requesting cancellation of the subscription. I have now again been billed $15.95 on my credit card despite using the link from www.wifelovers.com to cancel. I can also confirm that I have not entered the Members Area of this website since my last email. I have tried to email Tarrob Web Services using links from their website but these links do not work. I also note that many other customers have suffered from the same issue with Tarrob Web Services and also include a screenshot of my last email to them.

      We have never received an email with the text shown in *************** attachment. Also, we do not have any company email account for ********************** or *********************************** Since *********** he did not provide an email address we could not search on the email but we did a search on the text he said he emailed and could not find any email with that exact or similar text.

      Also, we have never have an sale that was associated with in the name "*******************" or any subscription with the Account ID "hellodestiny".

      If this is a legitimate inquiry we can only assume that *********** emailed a non existent email address. Our support email is ********************** but not **********************

      We cannot help anyone if they either email to the wrong email address of provide an incorrect account ID or the wrong full name.

      Also, please note that we make it easy for people to cancel their subscription.       In our search we did find a subscription to the website www.wifelovers.com for someone with the same last name and same home address that *********** provided to the BBB. But this purchase was made with a different first name and a different account ID.

      It is an active subscription and because it has not been used since *********** sent an email to the wrong email address we are assuming it his account. If it is not he needs to email the correct email address at the website.

      Here is what we did. We cancelled the subscription effective today (February 9, 2023) and also refunded his payments since the time he claims he emailed us. Specifically we refunded a total of $35.90 USD for the payments he made on January 7th and February 6th.

      Again if this is not the correct account he needs to let us know

      1. He can call a toll free 800 service center that is staffed 24 hour a day. We have no record of *************** ever calling the service center.

      2. He can email the website directly. The website has no record of any email received from **************** for any reason ever.

      3. There is an online link to cancel, that is shown BEFORE someone makes a purchase. Our server logs do not show anyone attempting to cancel his service online.

      Here is what we did. We found a membership associated with his name and physical address. We cancelled that membership effective today Decemeber 29 2022 We have complied with his BBB Desired resolution by cancelling his subscription - Tarrob Web Services
