Wish we never walked in to the ***** Dr location. It's been downhill with their lack of customer service and communication since day one. The remnant piece we chose is a particular kind that illuminates under lighting. This was not brought to our attention until after installation! This would have been great to know in advance to get our new cabinetry ready to create the illumination effect. Clearly employees do not know what they are selling. The sales office is disgusting. Empty coffee cups, random disheveled papers, used tissues all over the desk! For template and installation appt times, was told we would receive 24 hour notice of set times. Never received and had to call to find out. Template appt person showed up 30 minutes late with no notice. Installation appts are set weeks out. Went to store to approve template on stone and they had our stone set up in an awkward spot making it hard to get near, which defeats the purpose of going there to set up template. Paid extra to have stone sealed, was told it will be sealed on site at installation. 11 days later, got call from a 3rd party company saying they have tried contacting us to set up sealer appt. Never knew another company at another time would seal. I would have not used my new countertop until I knew. When initial installation took place, installer took a brand new roll of paper towels I let him borrow and left a razor on new toilet, wood dust and glass shards all over my new bathroom. DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB! What kind of business is this? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE. It's like this company is operating with no training and just opened up for business. They have no idea what is going on! When I emailed them to share our grievances after our whole disappointing experience with them as a company, they called the next day and offered to give a partial refund. They said we would have it by the end of the last week and shockingly nothing yet!
