  We had our Kitchen, Bathroom and ***************** done by Incredible Kitchen and Bath. We worked with *************************** and team. My wife and I are absolutely satisfied. They went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. From every aspect and detail they were proactive to ensure maximum quality satisfaction and value for money. Thanks and Kudos to everyone involved. "5 Stars"

  Work was never completed. I really hoped to avoid writing negative reviews and having incredible kitchen and bath work with me to resolve the poor installation but they have not. They do not return my phone calls or emails. Took the money and ran.

  Dont use them!! They had 5 pc quit while doing my house. They made a mistake with one side of the overhang on the kit island and tried to tell me that was the way the plans were drawn and they were not going to replace it Their newest pc had to read the plans and tell them they were wrong. That was before he quit. They took over a year and a half to do 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and lvp floors.I wish I had never used them!!!

  Words cannot adequately express how Incredibly Terrible Incredible Kitchens and Baths is. Every person there is either incredibly unprofessional, incredibly untruthful, incredibly incompetent, or all the above. All but one sub-contractor/trades person (one spoke no English at all) admits to not trusting the owner and is reluctant to accept jobs from that company. Incredible Kitchens and Baths uses a project management app. Sounds great, right? It would be however no one there knows how to use it. Or they cannot comprehend how to. The billing system is not to be trusted. No one there knows anything about construction. And you will wait days/weeks to get a response on anything. Read this and other reviews and look elsewhere for your project.

  Our experience with Incredible Kitchen and Baths (IK&B) was anything BUT incredible. We were so excited when we started the process of renovating our bathroom, closet and bedroom with IK&B. We should have known when we set everything up, picked our tile, flooring etc and then after hearing nothing came back in to find all our paperwork had been "lost". Looking back now, we should have just walked out and not looked back. Instead we pushed forward and started the process over with them. The ensuing months were filled with virtually no communication or visible project management unless we physically showed up at their showroom. Most phone messages and emails went unanswered. Any action that was taken was after our insistance and enduring unfulfilled promises and outright lies. When we finally got them to start the process we suffered through subcontractors not showing up, duplicate contractors showing up, contractors not having project direction ... it goes on and on. Major headache for months over a project that should have taken just a few weeks. 7-8 months is beyond unreasonable. Especially since supply chain issues where NOT an issue with our project. In the end, we signed off on the project with some issues still open because it was easier to just do it ourselves. (Please note, the work done by the subcontractors was fairly well done but so not worth the frustration and pain of dealing with IK&B.) Next time we will probably just act as our own general contractor and save the money. We basically did the job anyway with this project! IK&B didn't seem to care that if this project went well, we would have renovated our kitchen and 2nd bath with them as well. As an FYI, our experience was not unique. A family friend renovated their kitchen with IK&B at the same time with the same miserable experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  Horrible, horrible company. Do not use them. It's been 8 months since my Master Bath remodel began (signed my contract August 2021) and it is still not complete. So many errors along the way, even simple measuring was done wrong. There was not enough tile to finish the floor, the pantry style cabinet was too wide and needed to be replaced or the drawers couldn't open, the countertop tower was too tall and did not come with the seeded glass I ordered. The vanity is too deep so the stone topper does not fit around it as it should. I emailed ***** the owner, with these concerns at the beginning of March. He never replied. Deadlines were never met. I took several days off work waiting for workers who never showed up. The plumbing failed inspection the first time. Everything was supposed to be finished by the end of February! It's now the end of July, still not complete!! They have one excuse after another and almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have left dozens off voice mails and texts which were not returned. The project manager's voice mailbox is always full, so you can't leave him a message. When I finally got the owner on the phone, almost 2 months ago, he promised me finishing my project was his top propriety. It's still not done!These people will say anything to put your work off another day, another week, another month!!We have been sooooo patient, but no one should have to deal with this. This is the worst run business I've ever dealt with.
