    They sent me an email stating that they are closing their business on 2/6/23 and will no longer be providing service after 2/6/23. Then they billed my credit card $99.95 for six days AFTER they shut their business down for good. They closed their business, stole almost $100 from me afterwards and theyve shut down their website/customer service and disconnected their phones so that I cant get my stolen money refunded!! Shame on them. THIEVES!!!!!! I wouldve left zero stars but apparently one star is the minimum rating.

    I have tried to contact them for about two weeks with no success. Are they still in business? If they are no longer in business I need to obtain a new emergency response provider.
