    The first months bill is paid on day one of service, so it's effectively prepaid internet. Keep that in mind.Before the hurricanes hit, the Eero router stopped working. We called to troubleshoot and the agent on the phone decided we needed a tech. My wife and I were both working a long stretch so we said we would call back if it still wasn't working in a few days. They sent a tech out without any notice anyways while I was at work. My wife works from home and could not get off the phones to secure the dogs. She asked him if they could send a tech on our next day off and the tech said yes and left. The 2 hurricanes came and went, we had damage to our property and a lot of things to deal with. After getting things back in order we called to get the service working because a tech never came back out. They said it was disconnected for nonpayment because the payment was 6 days late. I told them I'd gladly pay it regardless of the fact it hasn't worked the entire month but I wasn't going to give them any more money until it was working. When I said I wasn't going to prepay another month of service when it isn't working, they said they couldn't help so I said to have it cancelled. They cancelled they service. I'd understand if they had people paying the bill at the end of a cycle of having service but they bill up front so this whole situation is disgusting. What kind of company is going to try and force someone to prepay for a service that they know hasn't been working? That would have made two months of payments for service that didn't work. They can see no data had passed the entire time and still took that stance. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and upsetting.

    Lovely people taking calls and providing service, but the internet cant be trusted as it goes out and stays spotty for days or weeks. Even after they came and switched out all of their equipment and replaced it with new, in the box, pieces. Plus, the 24/7 customer service advertised is not true. 6:30 am someone will be in touch shortly. What? Closed?

    Wire 3 left a long wire across an entrance to our thrift store and it took 3 weeks for them to come back and install the wire properly despite almost daily contact with their customer service.

    I have asked the Wire 3 representatives repeatedly not to enter my property after they severely damaged my yard and did not repair the damage they caused with no resolve. They continue to ring the bell and disrupt the care of my bedridden disabled partner. I am happy with my current service and have no interest in their services. I have tried to contact them with no success. Our service dog does his job of protecting our home when an intruder is near ... the Wire 3 sales people do not need to continue to come nor are they welcome. I just was on the phone again with an agent from Wire 3 and after explaining my issue the agent hung up on me. I have never contacted the BBB before now although I do not know how to resolve the issue.

    Wire 3 Damaged my lawn, driveway and left trash in my yard. This happened during a underground bore process. I contacted the company four days later and was assured they would correct the damage. I had multiple conversations and text messages including photos of the damage. After several conversations they placed sod over the bore hole and departed. The damage to my driveway and ruts in my yard were not addressed. I contacted the customer service department and essentially was told they met their obligations and would not be returning.
