    "30-day Returns" in giant letters at the top of the website is completely inaccurate. Ordered glasses identical to the pair I already have (in another color). They arrived and are GIANTIC - they fall off my face. I can return the frames (minus a restocking and shipping fee). The lenses cannot be returned but can be exchanged for 50% off another set of lenses. So I can pay a bunch more money to get new frames and lenses with no promise they will fit any better. This website is HIGHLY misleading. Customer support was a joke.

    After paying for expedited shipping, I finally received my glasses almost 1 1/2 months later! then! ...when I finally received them, they were unwearable! why? because they were missing the Temple Screw! yes, when I attempted to put them on they fell apart, the Temple Screw was missing! no screw at all, how does that pass a Quality Assurance test???

    Love my glasses, had no issues, yes it to between 2 and 3 weeks but I wasn't in a rush and I rather they take their time and do it right. They were right, I will admit I was nervous with all the negative reviews but they were the only place online that had the frames I wanted and transition driveware. Love them so glad I actually tried them.

    This is the most deceitful and untrustworthy company I have ever worked with!!! Be aware!!! They will take your order and your money, and will wait days to inform you that their entire catalogue of frames are unavailable! They will point you to a "quick ship" page that has a very limited selection of frames, but even those will prove to be "no longer available." This is nothing more than a phishing scam to capture your information and credit card, with no frames that are available. I wish I had known before I placed an order. Their customer support is totally unwilling to help or provide any support. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PII, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

    Same issue as Michael B on 2/15/23. Ordered an item but they canceled saying the item was discountinued... BUT it is not discontinued. I had the option of buying the same sunglasses directly from the manufacturer, but Go-Optic.com had it at a discounted price. The item was either not in-stock in the first place, or they simply did not feel like fulfilling the order at the discounted price listed. Either way it was disappointing and dishonest. Plus it kept me from ordering from a legitimate place and now I won't have the item in-time for Christmas. Clearly a shady business with its "F" rating here.

    Terrible! I'm so sorry I purchased anything from them! I did get the eyewear but the script was made wrong and when I returned them... I haven't heard from Customer Service. You can't call - nobody answers. You can't message... it's only an AI bot. You cannot speak to anyone. They never return calls or emails. STAY CLEAR!!!! Terrible company! I'm only giving one star because I can't give none!

    They have no customer service. I have called all the numbers, created support tickets, as well as problem tickets. No one calls back or responds to the problem tickets/emails. Tried to do the live chat support option, I said I haven’t received my glasses and the response was ‘sorry I can not help you with that you will be emailed’-then never was. Have only received one email and it was for the completion of the transaction. Paid extra for 1-3day shipping and haven’t heard from them since. There is no way to contact this company. They processed my card immediately though. Never received the glasses. Complete scam. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating.

    I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the time it took to get things straightened out with my order initially. The original glasses I wanted were not in stock, but the second ones I chose were. I had issues with some communication on getting payment posted to the correct order after the change happened, but after that, things went smoothly. I just got my glasses today and they are in great shape.

    I've been advised against ordering eyeglass lenses because they need to be fitted for your eye. I thought ordering a frame online would be safe, but the drawbacks of this particular web shop are 1) cannot try on multiple frames 2) all frames are not in stock nor available within several weeks and 3) company charges a 15% restocking fee. Not worth the effort.

    Advertise glasses they don't have.tried to purchase three different pairs and told have been discontinued after purchasing and waiting.dont waste your time with them.
