I purchased a pair of eyeglasses from go-optic on January 27, 2025. The eyeglasses arrived on February 12, 2025. As part of the requirement, you have to send the prescription document before the glasses can actually be made (A current prescription last than 1 year old. prescription was written in December of 2024by Lenscrafters). I followed all the requirements requested but somehow the glasses are not working properly for me (the right Len cause a strain on my right eye). I am not a new middle-aged beginner wearing glasses, I have been wearing eyeglasses for 64 years. Neither am I New to wearing progressive lens eyeglasses either. In fact Go-Optics made have made 6+ other pairs of eyeglasses for me since 2019. I had confidence in the company and their ability to make my glasses properly with all whatever details and skills that are required to make eyeglasses. Because of this discomfort on my right eye with my new eyeglasses I went back to Lenscrafters to have them check to see if the lens prescription were made correctly (they said they were within the range). Go-optic is trying to alleged that my prescription may be different instead of reexamining how they make my progressive lens may be the problem. I want them to take the glasses back and give me a total refund ( $303.95).

eleven days ago I ordered a set of frames only from these indian based rip offs. I canceled after learning that they have never had the frames and it would be on back order (scam) I spoke to Tom he said his name was and he claimed he canceled it. When i got no refund from I called got the same guy telling me he is keeping my money 25$ of my $69.00 for a restocking fee on an item he never stocked at all . I told him with a very nasty tone that I would be getting my money back and then he said he was keeping the whole thing.
