      Subject: Dispute of Unauthorized Charges on My Account Dear ******* Billing Department, I am writing to dispute unauthorized charges on my account. Despite previous discussions with your support team, my concerns regarding a $400 and $925.20 bill have not been resolved. The charges are inconsistent with the $90 service I was promised by your rep Wassim ("Anthony") H***** phone number: ###-###-#### e-mail:*****************************, and there appears to be a discrepancy involving two accounts under my name. ********* ***-***-**** And a prepaid phone number ###-###-#### I have repeatedly sought clarification and resolution on this matter, to no avail. It is imperative that ******* investigates this issue promptly and rectifies any erroneous charges to reflect the agreed-upon service rate. In addition, I never agreed to two devices being set up for me. Please provide a detailed breakdown of the charges and take immediate action to correct this billing error.       we received the mail for this complaint today. We logged in and the case was closed yesterday. i am not sure what number was called.

      Can this be re-open so we can give our respnse?

      We have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times with Ms *****, but she did pay her bill and ******* hit her with charges. None of the communication attached here shows that we did anything wrong. We record every call and she agreed to everyj single item. She had buyer remorse and she did not want to pay her bill. This could have been all resolved if she accepted our help.
