First, I think there should be a no zeros option which is what this company deserves. They are hired by state of conn to do a simple job which is to PAY people, they are a fiduciary. Also they are responsible for approving new caregivers that are desperately needed. I have a severely disabled son and trying to get anything done or approved by this company takes days to weeks, mean while the clients suffer. As many have said before, they really don’t care. Luckily Connecticut finally wised up and are dropping them as of February YAY Shame on you people at allied, I hope you believe in karma because there has to be a truckload coming your way with all these people’s lives that you toy with

This company gets a B-???? They shouldn't even get that! Yeah, there's only 4 complaints here but they get many complaints on the DAILY. They screw up our paychecks OFTEN. And when you finally get through to their customer service after HOURS or DAYS of calling them they IMMEDIATELY try to assume it's something that YOU did wrong on your end. Good luck calling them on a Friday when you find out that they messed up on your check by either not paying your for all your hours or not paying you at all. They won't even answer their phones on Fridays because they already know why they are getting the phone calls. I've learned to wait until Mondays to call. I literally "punch in" and record my work times 3 different ways through them and it's about to be 4. This is utterly ridiculous. Not to mention the 5th method was never even explained to me or my client. I submit my time worked through 1) a paper timesheet (which I create a PDF version and then email it to them because they were SWEARING up an down that they weren't receiving my faxes that clearly said SENT and I had copies of the actual faxes), 2) an app on my phone that records my GPS to verify I am actually at my patient's house, and 3) an automated phone call that records my voice to verify that it's me. Now the 4th one will be going to an online site to make sure the hours are correct in a system. Now if there is a problem on ANY one of those things they WILL NOT PAY YOU. Even if you call in with your client to have a problem fixed well before pay day. They will say they will correct it on their end and they won't. I haven't been paid correctly in MONTHS. I work 33 hours a week and they suddenly was paying me for 11 hours (where they were paying me for a day that the app glitched (which happens) and totally erased my whole day) but they didn't pay for the remainder of the week. Then they started paying me only 22 hours each week. I thought they dropped my hours. My supervisor is checking this saying this is wrong.
