    Me too. Second time Ive gotten Sports Illustrated in the mail. I didnt order this and SI only provided me the name of subdatapro and their number. SI and Subdatapro seems really shady and *****. Can BBB stop this crap?

    This company has subscribed us to a magazine Variety. We did NOT order this magazine from this company or any other. This complaint is because they do this stuff without the knowledge or authorization of people.I have contacted them to demand all subscriptions be canceled, all charges be reversed, and all of our personal information be scrubbed from their files. If they do not comply, I will be filing another complaint.

    Tried submitting a n online cancelation but it never sends it. Just hangs. I don't think these people want you to be able to unsubscribe easily.

    Got a random unwanted subscription to Sports Illustrated, and SI told me this ****************** placed the order "on my behalf". I understand that the company claims they just handle the data and that other companies provide lists of people to subscribe, but apparently they think they have no obligation to verify that the subscriptions they're handling are actually wanted? Or that the people providing the lists are on the up and up? I tried to fill out a request form on their web site but it's broken. I called but had to leave a message. If anyone calls back, in theory I can get the phone number of the actual company that initiated this so I can make yet another phone call to try to stop this? Absolutely ridiculous.

    Have been trying to cancel and figure out the poor relative who is getting stuck with the bill for a subscription for my son who has not lived with us for over 10 years.

    I want to know who gave out my information! I started to get Sports Illustrated mag. If I could give Minus 10 stars I would. I never ordered and I am ****** beyond words. How and why did they get my information? When I finally reached someone on the phone they wanted my phone number if we got disconnected, nope I will call back if that happens. How is this happening? Who provided my information? They won't tell me who. What a waste of trees, fuel, ink, time and energy. Put these vultures out of commission. Find out who is giving out my information without my permission. I hope it is really canceled and I better not see any magazines from anyone if I didn't ask for it.

    This company is a scam and should be stopped now. I got a wine magazine sent to our house with my dead husband's name on it. I will be furious if I am charged. I called to cancel the subscription and was given the name and number of Subscription Data Processing. I am also reporting this company to the CA attorney general. To who ever previously mentioned a class action lawsuit against them I would be willing to participate. Companies like this should not exist.

    I never order the ***************** I called them to stop sending it. The gentleman said I need to contact ******** Pro as they are the 3rd Party who subscribed it for me. I do not even know who they are and would never have subscribed to this magazine as it is distasteful and worthless to me to begin. In addition, I do not nor have ordered magazines for decades.So I went into their site to cancel "subscription" and entered all the necessary info. When I went to submit, the submission did not go through and an unusual hieroglyphics of information in red showed up that basically stated establishing a database connection error.So, I am at a standstill. In reading others' complaints, it sounds as if making a phone call to their customer service is futile. So, I am hoping and praying things will just evaporate into thin air. Unless I hear otherwise.

    I started getting a **************** several weeks ago. It is a large magazine and takes up almost all of the space in my mailbox. I did not request a subscription to ****************, nor do I want it. I called **************** customer service and was told a ********************** was placed FOR ME by a third party, Subdatapro. I called the number I was given, ************ but received a recording. How is it legal for a third party request a subscription on my behalf without my permission? This is just wrong! I asked the customer service representative from Variety who was paying for this subscription and I was told I would have to call Subdatapro for payment information. What in the world? If I get charged for a subscription I did not request or approve, I am going to be furious.
