    My daughter got a mysterious magazine in the mail she did not subscribe to. The magazine said it was from this outfit and to call them. I called and got an answer on the first ring. The representative said it was either a replacement magazine for something we ordered and is no longer available (not the case) or it was purchased with earned points like from a credit card or something (also not the case) or a promotional gift like a gift with purchase type thing. The last could be possible. She canceled the subscription with no problems. When someone gives you a magazine subscription as a gift it comes with a card, or a card comes in advance, saying a gift subscription has been purchased for you. They need to do the same for these promotional subscriptions. I was in a panic thinking she'd been charged for something she didn't order and someone had her credit number. Thankfully that wasn't the case. I'd really like to know who told ******** Pro to process the subscription. That's really the problem entity.

    This company somehow got ahold of our information and sold it to random magazine subscriptions. Waste of paper and a massive waste of our time. Extremely ****** off that this company exists and operates like this
