DVS has been amazing to work with. As a newbie to the vending machine business I had absolutely no clue about anything related to vending. Everyone from my Rep ***** the design team and the entire technical team especially ****** have exercised nothing but patience and kindness. They are all extremely knowledgeable. My machine is eye-catching and I am so pleased with the way it turned out. I will definitely order again from them!!!!

5 starsDVS has been amazing! My husband and I are brand new to the vending business. **** is our sales rep and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted and what we needed that fit in our budget. She was very informative and we hope to work with her again when we purchase our third machine! Next, we worked with ******* for our wrap. She made sure we understood everything we needed to do on our end. We gave her our logo and she designed a beautiful wrap for our machines. Our customers have already made great comments on how it looks! They love the tropical feel! We also worked with ****** when it came to the configuration and all the technical components of the machine. We have continued to work with him and will continue to do so when we need support. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to get up and running. He is always patient with me on the phone while I write notes and will help me until I understand everything I need to know. I am so grateful to have him as my service technician. ****** is my go-to person now if/when I have any questions about the machine.I HIGHLY recommend The Discount Vending Store for everyone in the vending business! They walked us through selecting the right machine, designing our wrap and planogram, and installation. Post-install, they have been incredibly responsive and supportive with our questions.
