I've already called him a couple times post-training and he's been extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Excellent company.Review fromHector A

5 starsAbsolute Pleasure to work with. Love the structure and how for each section or step your moving along there is a person specific to help you in that area. From the first phone call, to the design of the vending machine and the layout order in the actual machine. They have all been very helpful in answering any questions I have. This is my first machine ever so I'm learning as I go but I'm so glad I chose The Discount Vending Store to walk me through the process. Id like to really give a shout out to **** for amazing customer service and also to *******- She really brought my vision and idea to life. I had no idea of what exactly design I wanted on the actual vending machine but she really took everything i mentioned and made an amazing design. 10/10.Review fromstan o

3 starsnot that impressed, had my first machine that I purchased delivered with damage in several areas, then was told installing the credit card reader was something I had to do but don't worry, it only takes 30 mins, turns out the machine was missing cables to even hook it up. I'm 3 weeks into a location that I'm missing out on revenue because of salesman talking out of their behinds,I ordered the parts but have been waiting 2 weeks on them. DVS is amazing! Best **************** and Best technicians, very knowledgeable and so patient with helping me learn all aspects of my machine. DVS staff has been one of the best companies I have worked with. Cant wait to purchase my 2nd machine with them! I would recommend DVS to anyone who is looking into the vending business. I don't know where to begin..but all I can say is that this company has the BEST customer service ever. Now...if I could give the technician ****** a 20 out of 10 I would have. I have never experienced a person that is soo patient and goes above and beyond, just to help you understand your machine. We have been on numerous phone and video calls through zoom just so he could guide me through the whole process. My machine is only up and running for a couple of weeks now and I am ready to place my next order!!!!!! A customer for life!!!The Discount Vending Store, Custom Vending
