    I ordered a sensor more than 2 weeks ago. My order was confirmed and credit card charged. To date, I have not received a shipping notification nor have I received the product. The customer service phone number and live chat do not work. Im afraid Ive been scammed!

    This business has taken over $400.00 of my money and shipped any product. They are now fraudulent.

    I spent $200 on products that never arrived. Both Notion's customer service and support email addresses are blocked. The phone number listed on their website is disconnected. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and when they reached out to Notion they received a response (5 weeks later) saying something about how they sell sensors that people purchase online. No evidence that they had shipped or were ever intending to ship the sensors I purchased, but apparently no one at Citi actually reads these letters and just receiving one was enough to deny my dispute.

    Notion uses an a smartphone app to help customers track things like water leaks, temperature, etc. The smartphone app has a feature to reset the password. I tried to get an e-mail from Notion to reset the password over 7 times. No e-mail ever arrived. I'm out over $250 dollars. I'd like your help addressing this.

    I think this company is no longer in business. Having trouble with the App, get no response to the support tickets I submitted, get a delivery error when I try to email the company, no one answers customer service phone line when I call. I previously ordered a product but never received it and never got a response to the several inquiries I sent. Finally had to call my credit card company to have them cancel the amount that Notion had charged to my credit card for the product

    This company has become fraudulent. Misleading customers with false advertising, stealing time and money while spamming email inboxes.
