    I attempted to submit a request to delete personal info from fastbackgroundcheck.com following their instructions. The only result is a message reading "500 Internal Error", and no way to get to remove data. I tried on multiple browsers, made sure pop-*** weren't blocked, etc. Multiple requests via the "Contact us" function on the site are met with automatically receiving the same instructions to remove data, which is useless since the function doesn't work. A quick internet search shows that this is a common and long-standing issue, and therefore seems deliberate by the site in order to not honor requests to remove data, and not any temporary malfunction. Their customer service phone number is unstaffed and only provides information for CA residents. Attempts to get to an operator are met with, "No one is here to take your call" and the call is disconnected. Attempts to contact their customer service by site email under an alternate topic (in hopes of getting response from a living person) are only met with the same automated response. It is shameful that they offer incredibly detailed personal information, far beyond what appears on whitepage sites and the like, and then deliberately refuse to honor request to remove same.

    I can not understand WHY my personal information is on their website AGAIN after opting out September 2023. This is unethical and illegal.     I have contacted fastbackgroundcheck a few times to request remove all my personal information on their page. However, the emails they sent didn't have the link to confirm remove the information. I need this fix ASAP please, I don't know why this company ever exists, it's illegal to do this to people.

    Fastbackgroundcheck has my current phone number and home address, and half my family member's profiles as well. its concerning that they have my contact details. I tried calling them to get my info removed, but I had no luck getting through. I followed the steps to opt out of Fastbackgrouncheck as they suggested, but it shows no way of opting out or removal buttons or options anywhere on their site

    A recent search of my telephone number on ****** lead me to FastBackgroundCheck.com that revealed personal information that is being displayed without legal permission. This unauthorized disclosure endangers both me and my family, as I did not consent to making my personal information public. Additionally, there are links to my family members and others, detailing their personal information as well. As a victim of stalking, this situation is particularly distressing.I urgently request the removal of this information from the site. I have attempted to find contact information on their website to address this issue, but none is available. Please take immediate action to help rectify this situation.

    they are putting my safety at risk by posting my personal information on the internet for anyone to find. my phone number and past 4 addresses along with a ****** maps image of my house are displayed on their website. I did not consent to this and I am in fear for my safety because of this.

    I am vigilant about my personal information, and specifically do not want my home address or phone number visible online for safety reasons. I have tried their opt-out functions to no avail. Despite the instruction that a red box will appear to remove my record, the only red boxes are for a "complete report" or are ads. There is no way to complete this process on my own. I've tried two different browsers, and sent an email that was answer by a bot/autoresponder. I can't include a screenshot without sharing all of the personal information listed on what is supposed to be the opt-out page.I insist that all of my personal information be removed immediately.
