  As suggested by the company, I tried both ways to remove my data, but the links the companies provide GO NOWHERE. They just send me to a page where my personal information is located. The California Consumer Privacy Act mandates that businesses must provide a "CLEAR AND CONSPICUOUS" opt out link and the method the business provided is neither which is why I reached out to BBB.

   

  My next step is to file complaints with the FTC and state attorney general. Is there anything else you can do to help?

  2. The option to remove yourself from their search engine A. Actually works and B. Is more clearly and obviously labeled on their website. They have not responded at all with clear instructions on how to remove yourself from the site beyond "There's an option on the site to do that." It doesn't work.

  This website has every business address, every person that owned and lived in a property I purchased and owned, every neighbor, every email they bought from someone else, every dead family member I have, people i have never known, my zodiac sign!! Satilite photos of business strip centers roofs that they have listed "are friends of the family" which is illegal. Every now non existant business telephone number going back to the 1980's. Things I have never heard of. And more!!!! I will not give a current email address because the ones they are reporting on the *** under my name are one the DARK WEB. I want all this 11 pages of junk removed now and forever.

  I should have not said I didnt accept their response to my complaint which I do not. Sites like theirs respond asking for URL address thinking it will be too complicated for the lay person to provide because its too complicated. There are MULTIPLE URL address all connected to the data they are providing to the world on me without permission. As well as the links to their partners they have shared with. I have right now 13 pages of documents I tried to attach to my response but it looks like they did not attach. What are my options? Will you extend deadline and not close file so I can mail them or can you accept emails of documents directly to your email address. Im sure you probably have to follow your protocol. But can you extend the deadline to close the file complaint so I can mail them to you?
