My fianc is a security officer at mission hospital in ********* **************, she is a sergeant. She worked there for about a year and then we moved to ***** for about 6 months then moved back home to *********. She started working there again. While she was gone another security officer ****************** was hired and immediately started causing problems with my girlfriend even while she didnt work there. Spreading rumors with the hospital staff. After my girlfriend was hired back on *** was never kind and would purposely make her work life hard. Since being back she has pushed my girlfriend, threatened to write her up for taking charge when *** was late to work. She has ignored her sgt ****** and left my girlfriend to do two people work by herself for hours. The final straw for me is when she pushed her on 4/7/23. The team lead from their shift and one from a different shift counseled her and said if it happens again they are sending her home. All I would like to see is her moved sites.Initial Complaint

The security guard that works *****'s on ****** and ********** on 01/06/2023 @8:30pm is a African American male about 6 feet tall. This man was very unprofessional and rude and hoarse with his language he harassed me for coming into the store 2times (once to use the bathroom and then I went back in to get a redbull) and at this time I was cooperative and tried to politely ask for his name and his badge number to file a complaint as he was insinuating things untrue with no valid proof or reason, he was discriminating against me and was commanding me to not come back to the store for no reason. So then when I exited the store and I turned back to get the company name off of his security jacket he **** his weapon and came real close and said "get a good whiff" and so I am unsure what expectations u have of your employees but this man gives u a bad name and if creating scenarios like this one is a risk and a lawsuit and very unprofessional. For him to be huffing and puffing and gloating like picking and choosing who he wants to harass based on his assumptions out of ignorance is a disgrace and an embarrassment.Initial Complaint

I was taken to the hospital after a fall (under a suspected roofie incident). I was requesting to be taken to jail as I live in ****** and was just home, visiting ********* at a friends, therefore I had no insurance for hospital bills. I was met with a security guard named *********************, who said police were coming. Which was not the case as I was then let go hours later. In the meantime, I requested multiple times to sit up and when I attempted to sit up in the bed I was physically pushed down on the bed multiple times, with a head injury. This happened at ********* Hospital and there is a camera in the hallway which has full recording of the incident I have also taken a picture of her badge and self. By no means should an armed security guard be putting hands on someone that has their legs strapped to a hospital bed (therefore threatening no harm to ****** herself) in addition to having a head injury and suspected to be roofied. Given the circumstances that I was suspected to be roofied due to symptoms before/after the fact, my behaviour, my voice, and side effects the next day. ******'s actions were not used with reasonable force and would be classed as assault.Initial Complaint

I am currently at ***********************************************************. I have been dealing with Religious Discrimination and had to file with the City. For 2 months and more, I have been waiting for ************** to correct the Discriminatory acts of an Employee they already fired.The Security guard has now several times openly said "They aren't letting you in" then treated me different thinking I was some lower form of life than Shelter resident. Today I would have been first on the bed list, and he took the pen out of my hand and let someone else sign. This is not the first time that happened, his name is ***********************. If ************** does not pay the $16,000 Discrimination fee with Allied Universal, then we will be moving forward with this in the Federal Court.Initial Complaint

This is the worst security company I have ever seen. I was at *********************** to watch a Hockey game, and the security told me I can leave and re-enter as long as I had my wristband. I left, and security let me back in accordingly. 5 minutes later, I go to walk out and security tells me and my friend that if we leave we cannot re-enter. I politely told him this was not the case 5 minutes ago and even showed him a sign saying that re-entry was allowed (Officer ***** is the badge number btw). He then told me I needed to leave. I asked him why, and he did not respond. His co-worker nudged in and said we had did nothing wrong and we had every right to stay. These two began arguing with one another, when out of nowhere a their security guard comes behind me and my friend, physically begins to harass and twists our arm before forcefully ripping the wristband off our wrists. This was completely uncalled for, and when we turned around this security guard looked at us with a crazed look in his eye and said now you have to leave because you dont have wristbands. He then walks away and tells police to get involved. Mind you, we did not commit a single felony or offense, nor did we disturb the peace in any manner. Me and my friend, both men of color, were being targeted by a group of white male security guards. When we mentioned the racial landscape of the situation, the supervisor responded by saying F*** you guys, Im not racist and the proceeding to say he wanted us to leave now. This was all an escalated situation. The security guards used excessive and unnecessary force, and physically harassed two legal patrons of ******** square. When we asked to see the security guard who assaulted us, they said they had no clue what we were talking about and ignored the situation. This company is an embarrassment. They look for ways to escalate situations and use force when nothing wrong has been done. They should no longer be allowed to operate for the safety of others.
