Allied Security is contracted by the ********************* in ************ ny *****, there is a specific gentleman he has a full ***** and hwe is extremely nasty and i feel racist and he constantly outside the facility smoking and talking bad to people almost looking for people to call the cops on also i was involved in a situation with him directly were he had the **** come and remove me and he told the police i had caused disturbances there before which i di not and when the **** came they bought 6 police officers to throw me out i am a sixty year old female and no threat to anyone and i asked the **** to check my Identifacation to make sure they had the right person because i know they didnt but they just kept verbally abusing me calling cross eyed , homeless , stupid ETC it truly was one of the worst experiences i ever had in my life and that ignorant security guard is still there everyday doing the same things and in the shelter im in allied has the contract as well and alot of them are as i described above ,Initial Complaint

There are security guards at allied universal that work for behavior health solutions. There is one guard there works swing shift upstairs on the 3rd floor. He is white and a racist. He wears his gear very long and in a braid. He also wears a skull cap on top. He works the 3-11 shift. He makes racist comments and is very racist toward a few of the residents there especially females. I hate that racist and just want justice to be served. He worked on 1-17 on a Friday upstairs on the 3rd floor swing shift. The rest of the security guards seem to be more polite. Thank you. Please remove him for future safety.Initial Complaint

On Monday July 8, 2024 approx 0820 hours , I was walking through the Secuirty shack and handed over my cell phone as they required. One of the Secuirty guards with a pointy ***** and pony tail dropped my iPhone 12 Pro Max cracking the camera lens. I immediately reported this. There was an incident report by the on duty supervisor ***** ************. I also informed the corporate email link that was sent to me. I have since then have not been contacted since Friday September 6 2024 at 1344 by ***** that the incident was being worked on. I have not been able to make contact or any further progress for this. This was an assualt involving The Macys manager, Macys loss prevention, aswell as a security guard from Allied Universal. On the night of August 20th 2024 @ approximately 9:03 PM. I was shopping at ********************** when I had noticed a man in the store following & watching me as I walked around the store. I then met with a friend who had made separate purchases of her own earlier in the day. After paying & checking out. We proceeded to leave the store when I was approached by this male who immediately grabbed me & said to give them the cologne I was carrying. Meanwhile the ***** manager (male) locked the front doors securing us inside of the store. The two men assaulted me as well as called out homophobic slures. The manager unlocked the door finally to allow another male in wearing an Allied Universal Security uniform on. This individual grabbed me and threw me to the ground, had his knee in my stomach chest area and both of his hands wrapped around my throat. At some point I felt blood coming from my forehead. Realized I was struck in my ********* head was split open. The manager & the first male are still yelling hate slurs trying to rip what I hand in my hands, brutally attacking me. I am 55 female at 120lbs. I have short hair & am more tomboy. Which is why I feel like they were so aggressive. They kept calling out hate slurs, butch,dike,faget. I was in fear for my ************** I was seen at the ** for ****************** of my chest. I had severe internal pain & swelling. A huge bruise across my chest as well as my left eye. Shown in pictures. We were trapped & stuck being assaulted by 3 males in a professional workplace. Somebody needs to be held accountable and I need to be compensated for my injuries and mental health that has been affected by these men. I have since seeked counseling for the depression and anxiety this all has caused me. I cant even go into a Macys for the fear of my safety. On August 14, 2024 i had an interview with Allied Universal for a security officer. After completing two separate interviews and unoffically getting the job pending background investigation I was told the background check would only take 2-3 days. Today is the 4th of September and I am still waiting. The recuiter for Allied Universal ****** ******* has explained to me that Sterling conducts the background investigations and they had told her background team that they were waiting for checks to come back from 3 states I have never lived in. Also, I was told that at some point in my life i have used my middle name as a first name which is untrue. I have worked for Allied Universal before within the lat two years as a police officer and have had no issues. I have also been through several Federal Background Investigations with no issues. Times are hard these days and I am a disabled veteran just looking to get hired and start working. ******** which is the background investigation company continues to give me the run around and has stated now for several weeks that they are waiting on a criminal check from the state of **************, which is a state i have never lived in. On July ******* me and my girlfriend were talking next to a business in downtown ********. As we were talking a security guard comes up to my girlfriend and rudely tells her to move. I told him"whoa you don't need to talk to her like that" *** he rudely replied with "well im taking a picture". He than started to walk away so I walked next to him and asked him his name. Once he became rude with us I knew I wanted to call his boss so I asked him his name. He first few times I asked him his name he ignored me. Than when I asked him his name he said " my name is f*** you". Luckily I recorded me asking him his name and him responded with "fuck you". I felt to disrespected. I told him I was going to call his boss and he said " go ahead I don't care". He acted so cocky like he could do whatever he wanted when it came to his job. I hope allied universal security service doesn't think this is ok behavior from one of their security guards. I really hope something is done with this guy because it's like he knew he wouldn't get in trouble. I wanted to put this video on the Internet or to the news so people can see how he acted I know people would be shocked to see it. Allied Universal has been contracted, by Milwaukee County Transit to perform security duties. Today, 06/18/2024, Allied Security Services as many other days have made me get off the bus stranded to wait for other transportation. It is believed that the security guards are targeting me due to me being homeless. I have enough barriers being homeless, than to have someone, who is suppose to protect continue to harass me. The Allied Office, located in *********, ** obviously has not screened or tested their employees for mental illness. If they had, they would know what the rules are and not to harm or harass innocent paying riders. There are multiple videos of Allied Security harassing me and I am about to re-post those on ************* There are a couple already on ******** and now to destroy the professional immage I am going to post them on LinkedIn.Initial Complaint

I ************************* Started working for Allied Universal 4 days ago. I go to work when Im supposed to and I leave after everyone at my store leaves, I get a call today Dec. 22nd 2023 saying that Im being terminated due to poor performance. When I call to talk to my supervisor she ignores my phone calls, when I try to reach out to HR she is really rude so who do I need to file a complaint against? Based on reports, they treat their employees like absolute ****, and it shows. I have watched countless ******* Videos and find the professionalism of this companies employees to be mediocre at best. One area they need serious training in is de-escalation. The amount of times I've seen their employees go hands on is quite alarming. They are an observe and report entity, nothing more, they are not Law Enforcement. As our tax dollars are paying for these "Guards", they should have to be trained on the constitutional rights of those they serve, minimally bi-annually. They need to be reminded that in the capacity of their duties when working in Government Facilities, they get paid by, we the Tax Payers. and therefore, we the tax payers are what makes their employment possible. I would venture to say that the reason the Employees are so bad is because the upper management is bad. Unless this company gets it's act together, I'm sure I'm speaking for many Americans, there contract should be voided upon completion. Renewal should require, training on the laws. Training on de-escalation, Customer relations (those customers being the tax payers that pay them) and classes on the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution for starters.
