    These people are crooks. I have tried for 3 months to cancel but they keep on billing me.

    Total AdBlock will not refund my money, i cancelled it immediately and asked for a refund, i never received it, it was deceiving when i clicked on it to try it they immediately charged me $23.80 , i didn't use it and wanted a refund , according to the cancellation policy i should have received a refund for a product i didn't use.

    Total Adblock a total scam I tried the price of $1.99 for the product and apparently that was only for an introductory rate increases to $9.95 monthly and you can cancel any time. I downloaded it per the link after my payment and come to find out that it doesnt even work. I immediately tried to cancel my membership and on the app it asks me to log in first. Now I put in my email but never was given any notification about signing up for a password. I tried the forgot password feature but never received any email response to reset or get a new one. In haste I searched the web for ways to cancel and found one that asked the info and card number used to purchase it but apparently I had an error and to re-add my info then it said $14.95 to send registered mail ??(scam). Beware there more sites doing this evidently to take advantage of the fact that total adblock is shady. I did ****** an email from the web for cancel email which responded after I explained myself thoroughly sent only a form letter with a link to a webpage for if youre having cancel problems click here and it was a round ***** asking to put in a username and password and another link said if you never got one to click the forgot link and create one Well here we go again still no response and every email was a no-reply that sent it right back. I am on a fixed income and it appeared something affordable was not so and cancel anytime was also not possible.now what do I do wait till it goes through call my bank complain again and see if theres any way they can stop future payments from coming out. Its my debit card and the **** logo on there may mean that they can look into it but Im sure theyll make me pay for one month. I cant afford more than that.please friends beware and if youre having similar problems Id be interested in hearing about it. Please BBB look into this unscrupulous so called business and make sure they cant do this to anyone else. Take legal action please.

    I am in agreement with everyone who has Total Adblock pegged as pickpockets.. They are like a leech that keep sucking funds out of your account and resist all attempts at disengagement. They are bad business, gum up the economy and need to have a tort filed against them in court. Be a pretty ***** for some class action legal effort.

    It is a scam i used for 1 day and the charge me for 8 months I just look my credit card and also, they took you information and start send ad so you cannot cancel. CRIMINALS FRAUD SCAMERS

    DON'T use this company. Scammed me out of approximately $40. Canceled the service in July and they continued to bill me $9.95/ month since Aug. Called today and they said I had 7 days to complete the link in an email they sent me after I called in July when they gave me a cancellation # at that time. They neglected to tell me that I had to complete a cancellation email after my initial call. Nor did I catch it in 100s of emails daily. They refused to refund all the payments. Did I forget to mention the service was never initiated on my phone and ads are abundant.

    Im trying to stop auto payment to this company and I cant get in touch with them. They find my new credit card and charge monthly. Cant get rid of them

    Total scam. They somehow got my 84 year old mother's credit card info and charged her $198. She has no idea what this is. I went to their website, which does nothing when you click on the links. I called their billing support number (ending in ****) and the automated system is actually just a recording and pressing any of the "menu options" does nothing. It's not a real calling system.Called my mother's bank and let them know, but will likely be forced to get a new debit card number issued. Just... wonderful.How Better Business Bureau gives this company a rating of "C" is beyond me. Can I submit a BBB review too?
