    Complete bunch of thieves. I wish anyone whos reading this that has experienced the same problem with trying to cancel. We get on the blog and try to group together for a class action suit. Any lawyers reading this reach out to me.It is impossible to cancel them other than canceling the card that theyre attached to and billing you on. I just got billed four times for $38 a month for the third consecutive month. Its impossible to cancel following their instructions. There is no way online to cancel they ask you to pay $39 for a certified letter to send them to cancel. They are located in *******. I hope lawyers are reading us, and if anybody would like to group to a class action suit, I would be very interested in

    Terrible company. Charged my Credit Card for over $178 that I did not agree to. Spole to agent who refused to refund $150 of over charges. As to speak with supervisor and was told there was no supervisors. Their additional unrequested charges was tacted on and I did not find out until my credit card bill came.

    Strongly suggest that you not give them any money. Seems there is no chance for a refund even if you do not use the service.

    I TRIED TOTAL ADBLOCK AND IMMEDIATELY KNEW I MADE A M ISTAKE. SO I BEGAN UNSUBSCRIBINB, CANCELLATION, ANYTHING TO GET THE BILLING STOPPED. EVENTUALLY BILLING CEASED (AT LEAST I HOPE SO) NOW? i GET INTERRUPTED ON MY LAPTOP EVERY 5 MINUTES OR MORE BY A POPUP ADVERTISING TO SIGN UP FOR THEM AGAIN. REALLY? I'VE DISCOVERED,, THE ONLY AD I NEED TO BLOCK, THE ONLY COMPANY WHICH CONTINUOUSLY INTERRUPTS MY WORK IS: TOTAL ADBLOCK. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THEM GO AWAY!

    Be very careful!Be very careful! They made fraud in my account for ******** and after I opened a dispute they sent an email that would refund my account but I did not receive the refund. The following is the email I received from total AdBlock:Hi *****,I can see there is an active PayPal dispute, in order for us to be able to process the refund the dispute needs to be closed. Please contact PayPal to close the dispute, the dispute can take up to 48 hours to update therefore, please allow 48 hours before contacting us to process your refund.If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to reply to this email.Kind regards,************************* **************** Representative Logo Need help?     I tried their free month and now they won't stop harassing me!. They are supposed to block ads, but the only ones needing to be blocked are them! Their ads pop up hundreds of times a day! They need to be stopped permanently! Put them out of business!

    Do not get mixed up with this company. It starts out free, then ****, then ***** and now ******. I contacted this company when they charged my account $40 and requested cancellation and a refund. Since I never set up an account, they were unable to refund my money but claimed I was canceled. A year later, my account is charged $119. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They said they couldnt find any account in my name. I had to furnish them with proof that they had charged my account and again ask for cancellation and refund. I have been dealing with them for over a month now and still dont have my money back and I have no account with them. They are horrible to deal with.

    My subscription is up for renewal Jan. 24, ****. I decided I want to cancel my subscription. Initial subscription was $19.00 for 1 year with a renewal of $119.00. I have followed the instructions on their website to no avail. Using the Username and Password provided at the time of enrolment does not work - message (either Username or Password is NOT recognized, please try again). I have tried different times to connect with them using alternate means without success. I couldn't find a phone number for this business, as there is NO phone number listed. I even tried to send an e-mail to cancel, only to receive instructions that I had to do it using their website. Customer reviews coincide with my experience.
