********* subscription in August 2024 and received cancellation confirmation from company. Received a message 11/18/24 from my bank looking at a charge from the company for September thru November 2024 without my knowledge. Cannot find a telephone number on company's website. Did find a phone number and was talking to a person and the call was surprisingly reconnected

The services advertised as "remove ads" did not perform as advertised. I was charged 3 times for a total $114.00 plus 1.99/month. I attempted to invoke the "money-back guarantee" and was unsuccessful. The process is convoluted.

I thought I paid $1.99 for a subscription but the credit card placed a hold on it. I wanted to cancel, so had credit card release the card and have been trying to cancel but seem to get detoured into upgrading and paying more. Finally got to a page after giving email and a password You do not have Total Adblock on any devicesDoes that mean I will not be charged again ever if I do not install?

This company got my information and has changed me almost $450 for services I never wanted. When I called about this I was told I had 3 accounts open. I told them I didn't authorize any accounts and I wanted to cancel and my money back. They put me on hold and came backing saying it would cost me a cancelation fee of $195 which they lowered to$95. I talked to 5 different people who were absolutely no help. All wanted money to cancel something I never signed up for. I went to my bank and changed cards. And blocked them and the next month they hit my cash app without my permission. Still fighting this.

I authorized a $1.99 payment to try out total adblock, and was billed 1.99, followed by 3 more payments of *****, ***** and $39.00. I didn't know of the other payments until I received my credit card statement. I never even downloaded any of it, so it was never used. I'm trying to cancel, but the email verifications aren't working. I would like to get credited the $116.94 and to cancel my account Thank you,*** ****.

I received a notice out of nowhere from Total Adblock indicating my 'subscription was going to auto-renew for $75.00 I do not have a subscription to Total Adblock so I attempted to contact them by phone in which case their listed number announces I am a winner for a prize and no one answers the call --- I did this 3 times. I also sent them 3 emails - of which I received no reply - indicating I have no 'subscription' etc. After no replies whatsoever I reported them to my credit card companies and bank. Total Adblock attempted to collect their fraudulent fee from 2 *************** appears Total Adblock is "Not BBB Accredited" - which make perfect sense.Mind your financial accounts people....

I am sick of getting your ads threatening me with claims of *********** sites interfering with my internet search activity. You clearly get these sites to make it look like they are random and not generated by you for shock effect. Maybe I will share my frustrations with the ****

I paid for the App. I checked all the options in the settings menu on my iPhone. I tested it on various websites and nothing changed. It doesn't work.If I can't cancel the service I will dispute my subscription via my bank.

I have Total Adblock, the Premium paid one. But I still get a lot of Ads in my email, especially scam companies. I have to assume it doesn't do anything with ******** because I have to let friends know that a Hacker tries to Friend me and my friends. I always verify them, but evidently no help there from Adblock. I'm underwhemed with their services right now, especially when I see my monthly payment of almost $15 come through. It certainly blocks websites that I use all the time and I have to let them know it's okay too many times. I will now start keeping a list of how many times I see a pop up or an ad.
