    I contacted Web Design Stop in ************ last October. I needed a mobile app. I dealt with a rep named **** (made up name). **** assured me that they can deliver my app. I wired a $4,000 deposit to get things started. *************************, who now goes by *********************** set up a Zoom call with ***********************. ****** never activated his camera for the Zoom calI. So I would NOT know what he looks like. I drove to ************ and stopped by their office on ***********. The address listed on their website and they claim to have. Web Design Stop does NOT have an address on ***********. The Executive Manager of the building never heard of Web Design Stop. In fact, Web Design Stop was NEVER in their system. Web Design Stop has been flagged for fraud. I called *************************, who tried to convince me that they had an office in ************. I told him I was at their building, so he knew he was caught. He then hung up. **** texted me the next day and assured me everything was okay. I said that they were fraud and I wanted my deposit back. **** said that they would charge an illegal 30-40% cancellation fee. But I would get my deposit back in 30 days. It has been 90 days and they have NOT refunded my deposit. They have blocked me. No refund. No contact. Nothing from them. They do have a PO Box in ********, ** so they probably have someone there. But turns out that they are a group of scammers in *****. They all use American names and constantly change them every time they get caught. The websites and apps they wend as examples of their work are inactive and fake. They cannot produce ONE HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. All of their reviews besides the fake positive reviews, are all the same. They promise services, take your money and disappear. These scammers are criminals and need to be stoped IMMEDIATELY!!!
