    I contracted with Web Design Stop to re-do/update my old business website. I worked with them to redesign my website and when they "finished" the design they refused to migrate my web sight to my desired hosting service. I have tried repeatedly to get the website migrated but keep getting the "sales" pitch about the web hosting that I do not want because I do not want to deal with any of them.

    These guy's are scammers! They took $4000 from my partner ***************** and have not provided any proof of work! **** requested his money back, and they told him 30 day's! It's been over 3 months! Buyer beware! They claim they are physically located at ************************ Suite #***, ********, **. *****. They are not. We called the office ***************** confirmed, that this company is not leasing from them. Do not purchase any internet related products from them!

    The first person I was assigned to for website development couldnt speak English well enough for me to understand him. The second guy couldnt even write a coherent email, the third guy (after I complained) has now left the company. It has been a horrible experience all the way through. I have asked to speak to a manager or the owner of the company and all I get is a runaround. Now my webpage wont load and this has happened repeatedly. I have submitted a request for a refund. Will I ever get my $2000 back? This company is a sham.

    Contracted with Webdesignstop for website, logo and email addresses as part of startup website package on 8/22/22. Showed **** the website example. **** promised to do the same way complete my website in **** days. I paid to get started. **** assigned as their PM asked me for spec, I sent the spec, cc'ing the ****. e-met ****************** said good, will get started... slow progress... in between, **** said **** left... PM, everyone stopped responding... I requested to change PM... same thing with second PM (*****)... after 5+ months, website is still not complete. I followed up often, emails, calls, chats, but they don't response. In between, ***** also gave many dates for website completion throughout but no delivery... They stopped communicating when I ask for status update. ***** asked for extra money throughout the process for what was discussed with **** / ****. Their invoice time they said custom logo in all standard formats delivered, but ***** asked for costs extra for .gif logo, this continues for almost everything that they ask for extra money while those items were already discussed during contract. From December, WDS didn't make any updates on my website at all and stopped responding. I reminded invoice 100% money back per contract... after lot of back and forth, chat informed to only give 60% refund. I said may consider if given login information, files used etc. and web hosting, domain, emails active. Chat had said yes on 1/20. I asked for this info in email. No reply, I emailed requesting complete job or refund. PM emailed to get my approval for 60% refund but no mention of providing details. I wrote transfer details before approval, no response from PM. Chat rep on 1/27 wrote that they are not even giving me my website login, pictures used etc. anything. Moreover, chat said they won't fix my email address which is not working properly. They didn't even provide me my domain manager or DNS manager login information to transfer email address to **********

    In 2022 I was looking for a company that could help me build a new website for my crypto business - ***************. I spoke with a sales guy, ********************* *****, that showed me some of the previous work that he claimed Web Design Stop had done. All looked very impressive and had the Web 3.0 look and feel I was looking for - especially the animations.I signed a contract with them around May 20th, 2022, and was assigned a project manager named *******************. We had a good dialog, and we corresponded almost daily about the project.In around mid-June, we started talking about expanding the project with ****. This was a project I was looking to do in collaboration with another company, Learn Bhangra. The contract was signed with Web Stop Design around June 22nd, 2022. The first month started OK, but things began to change around the end of July/start of August. I constantly had to ask for updates (often with a week or more wait). Only half of our feedback was implemented whenever we got an update, so we had to point that out and wait again. We would answer within 48 hours, but then we had to chase answers/updates losing another week (or two) in the process.Fast forward to December 22nd, 2022, when we finally got the first draft of the *** (after a constant email hounding to get a status). It was nowhere near the quality I had been promised in our initial discussion in June 2022. Again, we provided feedback to Web Design Stop that same day, but we've not heard from them since. I've sent more than twelve emails to both **** and ***, but no answer at all. Nothing. I have no new website or **** for the money I paid.The total value of the contract is as follows:Website - $3887.99 *** - $3240.00 Total - $7127.99 Due to this delay, I've lost fundraising opportunities and endless hours of following up with the company. All mentioned to the company but only met with silence from their side.

    Transaction Date: 5/4/2022 Invoice: ********** Startup ********* Package Business Promised: Customized Design, Up to 100 products, Content Management System, Mini Shopping Cart Integration, Payment Module Integration, Easy Product Search, Dedicated Designer, Unlimited Revisions, 100% Unique Design Gurantee, 100% Money Back Gurantee, Full payment was given on the above in the amount $****** Person who handled this transaction was named: ********** I was contacted 5/17/2022 I spoke with: ************: I was blindsided by a shipping charge $****** Invoice: #********** Invoice Date: 5/17/2022 Item I was charged for: Shipping options Payment Amount: ****** Contacted company VIA Chat on website and requested to cancel the service due to me being blindsided by additional fees. It stated **** was in the chat but he never responded. Chat ended a couple times without me getting a response. ****** called me after the chat ended. I requested the service to be cancelled, but he kept talking as if I didn't ask for the request. After several attempts to get my refund, he stated that he can only refund me for the full price of shipping. He stated that he can only refund me for half of the $******. After going back and forth he stated that he will go ahead and do 70% of a refund. He stated that he will send me an email to acknowledge the agreement. Once I approve it, they will refund me back to the original payment used.
