      Plenty of helpful communication ahead of appointment which was easy to book online. Technician arrived early, as he was nearby. He let me know he was available early. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

      Service was exceptional but the arrival time the day of the repair was not aligned. I received a text stating my technician was going to arrive between 10 - 12p but he did not arrive until almost 12:30. Either the tech should communicate with the customer regarding arrival time based on the window provided or the text message that is sent out should have an "estimated" arrival time, not provide the window we know we fall within.

      my dryer stopped working.went online & booked ****.they came out on a sunday & fixed it.the technician also gave my husband advice on our dryer.great service!

      Service technician was great once arrived. But we were given a 2-hour window and he arrived 30 minutes after the 2-hr window. This was compounded by inadequate information from the company. We received a text at 9:30 saying the technician was on their way with no information on timing. It was almost an hour later that he arrived. In the future the text would be more useful with an ETA.

      The initial process via online was easy to maneuver,, coupled with the expertise and professionalism of my mechanic-*** *******...who was exceptional and ending with the up front estimate, which was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company.

      Excellent and prompt communications with both the main **** office, concerning refrigerator repair, and with the sub-contracted technician, Nor, who kept me up to date via text. Nor is a fantastic technician! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very punctual, arriving almost to the minute he said he would, on both visits. His diagnostic visit was on a Friday afternoon. When he determined the fridge's fan motor was the cause of the noises, he immediately ordered the part (OEM). Said he'd be back on Wed (today) to install the new motor; again he was prompt, actually arriving a few minutes earlier than projected arrival time. (This was a first for me; never have I had any service technician be so prompt!) Nor cleaned up well after himself, too, and actually went a step beyond to help me replace a couple of the drawers which this senior lady had found a bit tricky. He then advised me when it would be safe to restock the fridge. Nor was a complete professional! I started this review immediately after he left because I was so impressed with his work that I didn't even care to wait to speak to the durability of the repair. But I have not doubt that I will have no issues. One very satisfied customer here, giving a Grade A for **** and Grade A++ for Nor!
