      This was my first time using **** and **** and the other technician both were very thorough and polite. They arrived ahead of schedule and immediately got to work. They double checked making sure before drilling into the walls that we were happy with the placement as well. I appreciated how thorough and careful they were and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

      pump on washer went out. scheduled a time frame to come out. they were late by over an hour. technically he did fix it. but he miss handled my washer face he took off. he had it leaning and it fell over and slammed into the door frame. damaging the frame and washer face. after he left, a s**** from the washer was discovered on the floor. I demanded that someone comes back to put the washer back 100%. I have tried rescheduling over the past few weeks and been canceled by techs not wanting to show multiple times. my last straw was today. I was scheduled from ***** with email and text proof. they called around 12 to say the appointment was now at 2-4. I told them to forget it. demanding a refund of the labor it cost since he did not fully do his job. stay away from this company.
