    Purchased a new Davis Vantage Vue ************ that arrived with a defective humidity sensor (contaminated with grease). The manufacturer made me take the unit apart to diagnose the problem before they agreed to send me a replacement. Isn't that "their" job? The replacement never arrived, so I called to inquire, and they told me that they were on backorder (after the fact). Then, they would not pay return shipping for the defective unit and not ship the replacement unit priority (which I paid for originally).Worst ****************** I have ever encountered.
